Site was very easy to navigate to what I wanted and the products are good quality. Have no complaints about the treadmill I purchased. Customer service was awesome via email and the phone as I had a few questions.

I bought items from 4 different gym suppliers and these guys were by far the best to deal with. Offered a discount on a few items, delivery was easy and clear, responded immediately to an issue and corrected it. Worlds different then the other mobs.

We purchased an air bike and received in great time during COVID lockdown. After some heavy use we noticed a part was becoming loose after every use and contacted Gym and Fitness. They replied quickly and professional and sent out a replacement part with instructions. They even offered professional technical support in order to rectify the issue. Over all I am thoroughly pleased with the professional support provided and would highly recommend them.

Ordered a leg Extension machine. Arrived without a small part but this was quickly rectified by Adam and his team.

THe gym floor mattress was very good. I have ordered a couple of times the gym flooring from Gym and Fitness. As of recent, one of my courier was missing and I called Gym and Fitness. Their staff was very friendly over the phone and through email communication. I finally got the issue solved with the facilitation and support from Valerie.

After reviewing items online I gave G&F a call. I was connected to the Adelaide Showroom. I have dealt with both Isaac and Damian for purchases in May and July.

Both guys were knowledgable, polite, and eager to answer all enquiries. Quotes were sent through promptly and delivery from Qld to Melb was only 3 business days! (for 500+ Kgs)

All the Force USA gear is easy to put together and built tough. I'd highly recommend G&F to anyone. My first purchase from G&F was back in 2014 from the Melb showroom (sadly gone now). They were great then and fantastic today.

I wanted an exercise bike for my wife, with a really comfortable seat. I was shown the ideal bike, but it was not in stock, so they sold me the floor stock for a really great price and got me on my way as I am from out to town and needed something quickly. I was super impressed with the range and products knowledge and the great price really capped off a great experience. I absolutely recommend Gym & Fitness to anyone looking for gym equipment.

Purchased a 2nd hand leg press on Facebook to find it was missing a few parts. After ringing around multiple companies that couldnt help me I got onto gym and fitness who were able to source my parts and get them sent out pretty quickly. The customer support and effort they went to to ensure I could get my machine back to its full function was very impressive. I called to make an enquiry on a spin bike (Schwinn IC8). The phone was answered quickly, the sales person answered all my questions, they transferred me to the QLD Branch so I could purchase using AMEX and the bike arrived within a week. I still actually can't believe how fast it arrived. And it's great.
Note to Schwinn - please design some environmentally friendly packaging!

I pre-ordered a pair of Powerblock Sport 24s, Sport 50s, and Sport EXPs up to Stage 3. The dumbbells took several months to arrive, but this was out of Gym & Fitness's control. The Sport 50s and EXPs work really well for me when combined with 1.25lb and 2.5lb magnetic add-on weights. I realized that the Sport 24s wouldn't work so well for me (due to the 3lb increments), and Gym & Fitness honoured their 14 day change of mind refund policy. Overall am I very happy, the only minor complaint being the long wait time.

Gym & Fitness were a great to deal with and no question I had ever seemed like too much trouble. Can’t fault the service from Gym & Fitness. They made the sale go through so easy and delivery was very fast :) Highly recommend.

I've bought equipment a couple of times from Gym and Fitness and been very happy with the quality. On the second occasion there was a mistake made with one of the products. I spoke to Matthew who not only resolved the problem in minutes, but had the correct product on its way the next day. I wish all my interactions with customer service were this professional.
