Rusted racks

published

Bottom rack rusted out. $150 for replacement.
Washes well - tricky to load. Long utensils can block detergent flap. Touch panel hard to use. Set child lock or risk changing program.

Stop saying the lower basket won't fit regular size dishes, it has a HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE UPPER BASKET

published

Read the instruction before you use it, that's all I can say. Don't blame the product if you don't know how to use it. The upper basket can be lifted all the way to the top. Just bought a HDW15G1W model which has a cutlery tray on the top, very happy.

Wished I’d known a few things before purchase

published

My dinner plates stop the rotar from spinning and the tablet dispenser is easily blocked through a normal every day cycle. A pot or chopping board for example will prevent the tablet case opening.

Frustrated at how poorly designed this unit is.

It does wash well though when big items as mentioned above, are taken out.

Does its job

published

This dishwasher cleans very well. The control panel is easy to use and see. I like its LED screen and time display. It’s also pretty quiet when it’s in use. The only downside is its rack design. It’s oddly designed and sometimes it’s tricky to load up dishes, mugs and cups in particular. The upper rack isn’t well designed.

Good dishwasher

published

Cleans the dishes well, its quiet, its good looking and its easy to install. Has decent space inside and is relatively water and energy efficient. Don't know what more you can expect for the price you pay. Its cheaper than the others and it comes with warranty too. Good dishwasher.

Good

published

Honestly I was sceptical of buying a brand I didn't know. Boy was I wrong. Firstly, the price was fantastic (previously had an expensive miele) so big win there. Secondly, and most importantly, this dishwasher keeps going and going and going - Trojan! Couldn't recommend highly enough. I haven't looked back.

Not a good unit

published

The machine did not dissolve tablets very well.
It ran OK, the program was very rigid, meaning everything was preset. We couldn't alter temp, or cycle times.
The unit only worked for around two months, then the units electronics died. This we couldn't believe. Unsure I if we just brought a lemon but because the after market service was also very so so. Possibly won't purchase this brand again.

I have to say the manufacturer came through eventually, and was closely followed by the retailer in giving us a refund, however this took over two months and many phone calls. Not impressed

Cleans dishes exceptionally well
Dishes need to be loaded a certain way
I dont find it to loud
Not so good on the drying of dishes however I leave the door ajar for about 30 minutes and the dishes are dry
Its simple to use and for the price its a good buy

It's decent, a good buy considering the price

published

This dishwasher was purchased for our investment property, and we had a few test runs. I was happy with how clean the dishes get, it's not too loud. The only downside is that typical washing and drying cycle lasts more than 2 hrs, so it's not very water efficient. I like that there is a delay start function, so I can leave the job to night time.
