we have just returned from being away on holidays for 4 weeks and our ice maker does not seem to be working. We obtained a small amount of ice 3 hours after return by no more. Can any one help with suggestions please.?

The white lock thing between the two doors does not close by itself anymore. Now I have to push it close. It also look like the door with the water dispenser is a bit higher than the other door. Can anybody help please?

I've not long bought a new Hisense fridge freezer & have a non plumbed water dispenser...Lovely you'd think BUT the water is so slow to come out...is this normal or do I need to ring them?

I would ring them - this is the first fridge I’ve had with a water section, so we’ve had nothing to compare it to. I feel for the size of the nozzle, our water comes out nicely. Hope they solve it for you.
Take out he dispenser and lower it back in again. This usually happens when the dispenser is not aligned correctly. We’ve had this happen a few times.

Hi I have the hisense french door 630l I turn it on for the very fist time and its so noisy. The compressor is very loud is it normal for a new fridge to have such kind of noise when turnes on for the first time?

Hi i have a,hisense fridge freezer the one with the 2 bottom drawers for the freezer i keep seeing tiny dents on the outside of the drawers dont know how this is happening anyone else have this problem?

i don't seem to have this issue,if you are getting dents, it means they must have been caused by some sort of impact,i would try and trace from the dent back to see what is hitting, its the only way a dent can occur-by some sort of impact

My Hisense HR6SBSFF610SW water dispenser won't switch off, it has been fine for the last year but yesterday it still trickles when the dispenser lever is left to go back, it doesn't go back fully and it flooded the floor, anyone else had this problem and how do I fix it? Thanks

We had the same problem with our Hisense not long after we bought it. As we were still within the warranty period, an engineer fixed it for free. It was something like a loose wire connection. The wires are situated at the top of the door in the hinge.
Unfortunately a few years later, it’s happened again. This time we are out of warranty and have to pay £89.99 for it to be fixed.
As an update I just fixed this myself! I remembered the loose connection and where the engineer worked on it last time. UNPLUGGED THE FRIDGE FIRST OF COURSE. Stood on a chair and took a look - the top of the door has covers that unclip - two long ones and one small one over the door hinge. pulling them back revealed a bunch of diff coloured wires. It was clear the purple and green wires were completely severed. I stripped and reconnected them, covering them with insulation tape. Turned the thing back on and lo and behold the awful beeping has stopped. It’s like music to my ears as it’s been driving me crazy.

Is the water dispenser meant to just trickle out?

Yes I think so as ours is the same. Perhaps they did that to limit the amount of water that would spill out if a child played with it, or in case the rubber seal ever failed (?).

1 year old reply coming - anyway, I noticed ours did the same so, I took a rubber strip off the top (it actually kept coming off) and that allowed the freezer to shut properly therefor not freezing up inside.

We have Removed our Water Tank in our HR6FDFF630S model fridge to Refill. Now we can't get the Spout to go back in to the correct position to use. Any help?

HI - I've not had this happen before - tho we mostly refill the tank while it's in the fridge.
I would google till I found a solution if that happened to me.

Hi there. Yes we had the same problem before, we then noticed there was small stripes of sticky tape from the packaging still attached to the tank. We also found out that the nozzle on bottom of tank wasn't properly screwed on so that the tank didn't slide all the way down to click in. It will also take some hard pushing to get the water back in position . After that we never took the water tank out again instead we just filled it up with a bottle . Good luck
