Bought a Bosch 9kg washing machine. Price was cheaper by nearly $100 compared to appliance online. Was anticipating issues from delivery. But no, everything was perfect! Informed of 2hr delivery time slot then given 30mins notice before delivery!

All process was great! Very easy online order, then great customer support when I had a delivery question and the two delivery guys were very polite and helpful when they got here.

We ordered a kitchen sink. The whole process was just easy. Paid, picked a delivery day and received the sink on the day. Lots of messages updating the order and the time of delivery on the day which meant we were confident the whole way through about the order. Got the sink and it is great!

The fridge and washing machine that I bought were delivered the next day. These had some cosmetic damage as expected but the appliances worked and functioned fine. The delivery people were very professional. I absolutely loved their messaging system that lets you know when your delivery is 2 hours/30 minutes away.
