They say you will never know how good an insurance company really is, until you make a claim!
I still havent make a claim yet - thankfully, but my experience so far has been great, for mutiple reasons:
1- Best home/ buiding insurance cost wise.
2- Friendly website and sign up process
3- Smart gadget you get sent - to help monitor your home - you can set them to monitor doors open/ close, smoke alarms, temperature ...etc - which is really a good handy way to monitor different parameters.

The policy was excellent value. Very easy to set up compared with others. Considering the general steep rise in premiums, Honey was 60.5% more than the former insurers premium from last year, when that former insurer wanted a +179%!

I switched to Honey Insurance when my last renewal came in from my previous insurer with a massive increase. Honey have been very easy to deal with. They answer calls quickly and provide straightforward responses. Very happy with the price and the coverage was the same as my last insurer. Love the sensors they sent out too! Haven’t needed to make a claim so far so can’t comment on that - but very pleased all up.

Sensors have been easy to set up and use and work as advertised.

I took out home insurance with Honey a few weeks ago, received the sensors 9 days ago, having been assured by the very helpful telephone advisor that privacy was not a concern. BEWARE... once you have downloaded the app and view the 'privacy' and 'terms and conditions' I would need some time off work to get through it. Having read that the set up could be done in a tv advert break, not if you want to know what you are agreeing to.

Had issues setting up sensors, team were patient and informative. We were able to get the sensors operational, we cannot believe that Honey's insurance is less expensive with the sensors as we now get notifications when doors open & close, giving us better peace of mind. Thanks for your help.
