Melissa to the rescue!
We purchased on line for the first time, a Masterpro Pizza oven as a Xmas gift to our son and daughter in-law. Unfortunately upon arrival the oven had an electrical fault and could not be used.
Melissa (Global Retail Brands) was an absolute gem and helps us navigate our way to receiving a replacement. Prompt, efficient and polite, we were absolutely satisfied with the care and attention we received from Melissa and would not hesitate to purchase product on line with this level of support.

Wonderful service
I ordered some oven wear but unfortunately two of them were broken in transit . Not thinking it was Home’s fault but I sent photos and was pleasantly surprised to be told by Sentham that I would be getting a replacement of one . The other out of stock so I am getting refund on that one . The service I received from Sentham was excellent . Thank you I would definitely recommend House

Terrible Slow and unreliable
Absolutely will never order from these crooks again. I ordered a few items which were advised incorrectly on their website.
I had to pay return postage which I did all on the same day I received, so no dragging my feet on my end.
The items were returned to them within 5 days.
It has been 3 weeks now and I had to chase them up so many times regarding a refund. Only after starting a PayPal dispute did I receive a refund.
If I forgot about it, they would have never refunded me.
My advice is; unless you wish to have to email them every single day and get the run around, stay away!
For a big company it is very disappointing to see such dire service.

After-sale customer service
Some items purchased online was faulty upon delivery. Although one of the items was out of stock unable to make exchanged, however, they are willing to do a refund. Had collected the exchanged items today. Thank you so much for your help, Senthan.

I had a HOUSE gift card. The purchase I wanted wasn't covered in total by the gift card. I was not told by the staff that I needed to use a credit card to make up the difference. When I tried to use paypal, the gift card was nil balance and the sale didn't go through. My husband phoned House and spoke to Cloe, not sure of spelling. with his superior and as a gesture of good will, the steak knives were included with the price of the knife block. He stayed on the line, while I possessed the order, this time using my credit card, and the order went through. Thory sent me an email that told me how to get the bonus steak knives. I needed to send the order number. Thory phoned me explaining how I can track the delivery date. I had stayed home for 2 days solid, as I didn't want to miss the delivery. The (2) packages arrived on the same truck. The knives were packed very well and arrived in good order. I am very happy with my purchases, and Thory gave me excellent service.Similar opinion? Alligator vs Shun
After a distressing discovery that my shun knife was replaced with a kid friendly alligator knife. I was thankful I got Thory on the phone. Such excellent customer service. Managed to find out within the day why it happened and get my shun sent out without any dramas. I was thankful to have someone understanding on the phone. Thankyou Thory for all your help

Excellent Customer Service
A big thank you to Thory for assisting me with a warranty exchange. My initial call to House I was provided incorrect information and on my second call I was lucky enough to get Thory and he sorted everything out for me. Fantastic and prompt service
After a postage dilemma (fault of postal service) I never received my goods I had purchased online. After 5 weeks of waiting for the postal service to “investigate”, I spoke to Thory. Not only was he proactive in resolving my problem, but genuine and efficient.
