Beware: Do Not Purchase From House Online!
I purchased over a month ago three items for the first time on the House website - two of these items were electrical and unfortunately faulty. I rang a Local House store and was told I could not return the products as they do not sell electricals in their stores, but that I had to contact Global Brands. So I rang the number and explained that I wanted a refund on the two faulty products. They told me to email them and explain the fault. o, but that an explanation of the fault would suffice. I was also told that House would contact me soon regarding this matter. A week later, no email, no phone call, so I rang them again and was told that I needed to give it a couple more working days. So I left it for another week. Ive just rung them and have been told that nothing has been done yet and that my request must have slipped through the cracks. Then I was told to send photos or a video of the fault. By this time I was in a rage. Plus I was told that a refund depended on what the manufacturer of the products decided - whether it truly is faulty or not. This is outrageous! Replacement of Faulty Items
Had the misfortune of receiving some faulty items after unboxing. Contacted House and dealt with Chloe who was fabulous in promptly assisting and rectifying the issue organising replacement after reviewing the photo's I was instructed to send. The item faults were an issue from the manufacturer and not House and thanks to Chloe my issue was resolved both politely and quickly.

Item broken on delivery - zero response
My online order arrived broken. Ive called and called their customer service line and emailed them several times too. No response. Went in store, refused exchange or refund. Poor customer service will never shop here again.

Gift Card
I had some trouble recently with a voucher, after speaking via email with Senthan it was shortly resolved. The process was very efficient, I wasnt left waiting for a response which I have had this trouble with previous companies. So it was nice to have a quick response. I have always enjoyed shopping at house and would highly recommend there customer service to anybody.

I purchased several items on line, they arrived quickly and were excellent quality. I also ordered a product as gift and unfortunately they received two so I had to return mine and Shannay made the process super easy. Its was simple, quick and cheap to return. Excellent customer service, site easy to navigate.
I bought some glass bowls online as their prices were the cheapest I could find. Unfortunately, one was damaged in transit. When I contacted House, the response was immediate and a refund was offered. The whole experience was very pleasant. Stephanie was really very helpful. Will shop again.

Exceptional customer service
A recent purchase of 2 Kitchen Aid mixers arrived minus their wire beaters but thanks to a dedicated customer service person (Shannay) all is sorted very efficiently. Very impressed. The products themselves are excellent & I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Replacement iteam
Happy that senthan was able to do a replacement for an iteam that was chipped so am happy with senthan the customer service but unfortunately then the replacement iteam have arrived it was damaged again in fact this time the damage was worst than before so not happy with that . Unfortunately the person that packed the iteam did not check about the faulty/ packed it secure enough. And the problem is they only have the iteam online not in-store.

Replacement knife block set
I was very impressed and happy with the very quick reponse that I recieved from Kate.
She replied quickly to my email on my concern on a issues with my knife set. She than arranged for a replacement. It arrived within a week.

The Best Online Customer Service Experience!
I purchased the Tefal Ingenio 10 piece pan set with the detachable handle. Fantastic product, I am so happy with the purchase.
But better yet was the service I received from Chloe. The shipping was extremely fast so I was using my new pans the same week I ordered them. The most pleasing thing about my whole experience however, was that House was running a promotion where if you spent a minimum dollar amount on Tefal products you could receive a free pancake pan. I emailed House seeing if I would still qualify for the free pan, and Chloe replied valuing my custom so much that she has since sent me the free pan even though the promotion had ended!! Its great to know that staff like Chloe and businesses like House still exist where they actually care about giving customers some good old fashioned customer service.
