Not all of the the stores that offer humm as a finance option are set up for little things. Some of our retailers are set up to process both big and little things, where some may only be set up for one of our buy now pay later products.

I also had someone log into my account making fraudulent transactions totalling $380, on Tuesday the 26th of November 2022. I will be taking it higher if I dont get An outcome in the next week. Completely unacceptable when im on a lower income and very stressful. Banks dont need stat decs so why do we need to provide them? Please sort this ASAP and Id like the $76 back of the $380 that was debited from my account ASAP.

My elderly mother signed a direct debit on Monday 15 May to purchase hearing aids. She does not actually need hearing aids and does not want to proceed with the purchase and has verbally advised the hearing centre not to proceed. What happens when u move a payment date does it charge a fee and does it just move that 1 payment to a date u choose ????

I rang them up and asked them to move my payment date (by 1 day to coincide with pay day) no fees added and it changed all ongoing payment dates too

Ok cause i use the phone app and it gives me the option to move the payment up to 13 days ahead ...if i was to change it to the 13 days ahead would it change the other dates and payment amounts or just make the end date longer ??

There are no penalties for requesting to change your payment schedule to align with your pay cycle.

How would my bank account be incurring $76.20 payments 4 time per month when i have never used Humm or Pay Later Services? Will you refund my account and any fees caused by the companys withdrawing of funds from my account.

Similar thing happened to us. HUMM want a photo of your driver's licence, your bank details and a signed Stat Dec to investigate them taking money from your account fraudulently! No way was I sending that info to them. We had to cancel our credit card, and our bank is investigating. I also registered the fraud at www.cyber.gov.au as advised by police.

Richard, do not send humm the personal details they request. We had our money refunded to our bank account without giving humm any details, even though the customer experience guy said we wouldn't get our money back without giving humm personal identifying information. Go through your bank and the www.cyber.gov.au website.

After having asked for a payment to be delayed for a week via their chat service it still went through (which stuffed things up for one other periodic payment which resulted in a late fee)
Called up their Customer 'Service' team and the officer on the phone not only displayed a rude manner when he couldn't seem to understand my issue on the phone, he then told me what the chst agent was put a note on my file as it was due to come out that day to delay it if it didn't come out.
I said that wasn't actually explained to me.
He responded very rudely and sounded flabbergasted already that there's nothing he can do it's already gone through.
No sorry, no offer to cover my late fee. No service! If you can't get the little things sorted, I'd hate to think of the larger matters or disputes. So dissapointed. Look forward to playing off my plan so I can move on.

I would look around or stick with the bank, humm is dodgey and have ridiculous fees and arent great with the communication. I can assure you, you will pay more fees and pay with your time by choosing humm. Anything that needs fixing/updating takes 2 weeks if not more! And you only ever get the one message about your first payment and nothing else even if transactions have failed even though you have updated your details in the app. DONT DO IT, if u can use afterpay no hidden charges and are fantastic to deal with! Otherwise shop around! :-)

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE HUMM! Strongly recommend afterpay much easier to deal with! Humm has bucket loads of hidden charges and are hopeless with their app and communication!

My solar pannels have been with Certegy for 3 years and I still have a few years to go. They were charging 3.50 a month account keeping fees, but today I have seen an 8 dollar charge from Hmm. Why?

Once you sign in to your humm online account or app it will prompt you to accept the new terms and conditions. Upon confirmation this automatically cancels the processing fee and applies the new $8 monthly account keeping fee.

Signing in to your humm account also allows you the added benefit of having access to making little things purchases. There is only ever one fee regardless of how many active contracts you have at any one time.

Contracts are typically set up for fortnightly repayments, however in some circumstances we do accommodate our customers who are paid on a monthly basis.
