iHerb has terrific customer service and prices, I order all my supplements from iHerb in the US, it is cheaper and quicker than ordering locally in Australia (P.S Australia Post takes ALOT longer to deliver domestically than it takes to order from iHerb in the US)

I have been buying my supplements from iHerb regularly for the last couple of years & never had a problem.
They are great highly recommend them.

I have had multiple shipping arrive damaged, which is fine as this sometimes happens. When it comes to getting a reship or refund, this is when this organisation fails.
The online refund system crashes and sometimes doesnt upload the pics
They decline your claim because there is no pictures. (Terrible, they should just contact me directly instead of having to do a new claim.
They then attempt to resolve it in the live chat and it still goes around in circles.
Wont be a repeat customer anymore after years of orders

my child loved the melotonin gummie and fell asleep with much ease in comparison to his normal medication. His Paediatrician done well by recommending thecompany and I’ll be thanking him soon too. They have a much better range that pharamcies here and also much more suited form of tablet.

Before my package came I didn't check reviews on this company, after reading them and seeing mostly negative reviews I quickly thought Ive been scammed. But for me when my package came it was all fine everything was in the box thankfully, took around a month or so to arrive which is fine considering it came from America to Australia during covid/lockdown. After reading the other reviews however I'm a bit put off repurchasing through iHerb even though my experience was fine. I don't think I will be recommending iHerb to family and friends unfortunately.

I have been using iherb for over 10yrs and my last few transactions have been rip offs!
They quote a price which I agree to pay and then over the next few weeks they notify me that not only can't they supply some of the items but end up billing me more than the original price!
Some business model iherb!
I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Have ordered from I Herb many times. Fast delivery and never an issue. My go to for good prices and products.

My order arrived and cleared customs quickly (about 3 days) - it's been 33 days now at "APPROVAL SHIPMENT OUT FOR CN DUTY SHIPMENT" and iHerb says it's not their problem. Never again. Better to support my local shops anyway.

I choose express deliver but they arrive crazy faster then I expect like 3 days after I place order then I got them arrived my home =)) so happy

On any other website I ordered from the default (if any default) transport was with the standard transport, the cheapest option. I knew my order should have free transport as it was over the Free transport $ limit they have advertised, however on my screen I didn't noticed the default to DHL (very expensive option - and for no good reason) of transport. Why they should provide the promised free transport?
I will not buy from them again.
My conclusion "dishonest".

5 days from order to delivery being received!! From USA to Australia… im blown away! It takes weeks to receive post within Australia, so i needed to call this awesome Supplier out!!! Also amazing prices & product selection, couldnt be happier!

Have been dealing with them for many years. They used to be great.
Since last year they have sunk to become the worst online shop ever.
No customer service. If your delivery is not being picked up, you only deal with robots.
I have sent several enquiries and only get responds from robots and it is always same stupid message under different names. No phone number either.
You guys think you saved money on customer service??? Guess what, you lose so much business that you will go under. I guarantee this...

I would be very hesitant to order with iherb again as their customer service is very poor. They do not notify of delivery updates so you have to check up on it yourself. Their “customer service” team is all via robot or email service and their replies to any concern is all generic. It has been a month and I still haven’t received my order so I can’t review wether it’s legit or not

- Price is nice and low.
- Freight from USA to AUS was like two days.

I was not sure at first but I needed to try kids chewable vitamins all kinds because I couldn’t find it in store locally. They came on time and seems all good no problem and my child likes chewables comparing to liquids.
I wish they had stores across Australia.

After reading the countless negative reviews I decided to go ahead anyways and order baby eczema creams that aren't available in Australian stores or chemists. The prices on iherb were cheaper than Amazon & Ebay saving me hundreds of dollars. The order was well packaged & arrived before the expected date. Very happy with the service.

There’s a lot to buy from iherb. They have vitamins, skincare, haircare, groceries, socks, makeup, kitchen utensils, basically a lot of interesting and useful items we don’t get here. The prices are pretty reasonable, and you can take advantage of buying more to qualify for reduced price shipping.
The items I have bought have come packed well and there’s usually some little freebie like a small measuring cup set, a small ruler, a note pad or something. It’s not fancy, but it’s nice to receive a little bonus.
The package takes about 3-4 weeks to arrive, which is okay for me.

My iHerb account was hacked. They'd changed all of my details, including my email address, so I couldn't even reset my password. iHerb took the matter seriously and assisted me in reinstating the correct email so I could change my details back as well as change my password. In reference to their products, I buy most of my vitamins and health supplements, as well as snacks, special dietary need ingredients and beauty products through iHerb. They have amazing prices in comparison to what I'd pay locally and the delivery is pretty quick too. I recommend them to everyone, even strangers on the street! Truley. I saw a couple of young girls looking to buy particular makeup brushes with are 4 times more expensive here, and told them about iHerb.

Having received many discount offers from iHerb, I eventually tried to place an order, when a window appeared saying something like "This discount does not apply to your address".
I sent them messages to ask them why they offer me discounts which they will not honor. About ten days have passed since the first message: NO REPLY.

How bad Is the communication?
It’s been a couple of days about 4 to 5 emails sent I’m waiting for someone to get back to me and tell me what’s the problem with my account why can’t I login? very poor service

i thought iherb.com.au was australian used my paypal the credit card fees for overseas transaction was charged. i could have used my fees free card. misleading

I have been ordering various doggie products and incense for diffusers for a long time in Australian Dollars.

But recently I ordered some incense and thought the prices are in Australian dollars as usual, but to my surprised it had been in American dollars.

It’s a shame I have to date not got the refund of the extra amount I paid.

Ordered a dog supplement, site said item available to ship Australia. Destroyed by customs. Apparently my fault for not checking.

Be weary of this company. I purchased a number of 'organic' herbal teas from Iherb. They arrived with warning labels stating that they 'may contain lead'. The cost to return the items was hundreds of dollars. Massive waste of time and money. They sell cheap products that come from China. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

After reading many negative reviews, I was wary but my experience with iHerb was flawless. Items I needed were in stock, price was good, checkout easy. Very regular SMS tracking updates and the fastest international delivery I have ever experienced. Would definitely use again.

The fact that Aus Post were delivering the products I had no idea that I had to pay an international fee charge and that the price would be converted into US dollars. Nothing on the website indicated a different currency. I won't buy from here again as this was misleading.

I have been buying products from iherb for over 5 years and have always received the correct products with very fast delivery. I buy multiple items at a time and receive free postage. They have an exceptional range to choose from, many that are not available in Australia, and their prices are very competitive. I will always choose iherb over Amazon which rips off the little people.

I ordered some melatonin from iherb a couple of months ago. I was tracking my package on the auspost app and suddenly the order changed from in transit to returned! Never got any more info regarding this and I’ve been sending emails to iherb to sort it out and NO ONE has come back to me at all! I want the product or my money back!

I've been ordering from Iherb since 2014 and I've been fortunate to never have a problem, they've got items I can't get anywhere else and such a huge range and they are just so good with their prices, shipping fees, postage time- even during the coronavirus I got my order within a week. I was so impressed. I am baffled they have any bad reviews. I hope I just keep getting the same 5 star service!

I have found the product I buy from IHerb Dmannose a great product and service very good the problem is the Australia post delivery makes the product to expensive

Product faulted within use by date. Given the run around between supplier and I-Herb with neither wanting to take responsibility or even offer replacement of faulty product.

Having been my first order from this company, I was dubious as to whether I would receive my parcel delivery as promised. It arrived before the due date and I am pleased with the service.

My product got lost in the mail and within emailing Iherb it was rectified and delivered to me in 3 days.

It was super easy to place my orders. My items arrived so quick, with tracking for peace of mind. Ive had such great experience with iherb, i will most definitely order with them ag asin. Thank you for your speedy delivery and high quality products.
