it's iherb sell fake products like hair care shampoo, conditioner, serums?
is it company really good? many cosmetics products are there, are these ok or not ? even protein and collagen,, plz provide advice if possible.. thanks
Hi Rimi R, my experience with them has been good, I have bought many times and never had any issues with the products. I’ve bought items like potato chips, candy, make up toners, protein bars, body wash, vitamins, spray cleaners, and everything came well packed (with cellophane tape sealing the lids) and arrived properly.
Since it’s coming from the US, expect a few weeks for the delivery to come.
Hi Rimi R. I have been purchasing from iHerb regularly since 2013. I have never had any issues with their products. I purchase anything from protein powders, collagen, tea/coffee, many other groceries and snack foods, ingredients for special dietary needs, vitamins, shampoos, cleaning products, makeup and makeup brushes. All items come securely packaged. If it's a glass container, they wrap it in bubble wrap. It does take a little while to come but I have never had any issues with them.

has anybody had trouble being able to return products at the same shipping costs that i herb sent it for
i have asked if they can send me a label for a reply paid, then they could deduct shipping costs from return of stock For me to return to USA from AUS will cost a fortune. Iknow companies can do this as they have a dedicated account. At the moment IHERB does not seem to be compromising . I am still waiting for a call from management

You have the option of using their live chat session or submitting a support request. There's no direct phone number contact option but they've got 24x7 support which is better than many for an on-line store.
Sorry I have never had to ring them.Anything you might need to know they will answer online.

Type in au.iHerb.com and order from there. It is a US company but they ship extremely quickly and my products took less than a week to reach me in Brisbane.
Don't touch this company. I used them for a few years and they were terrific. But I don't know what's happened this year. They sent me the wrong order, then expected me to pay postage to return the wrong items and repay postage for what I had asked for and already paid for. Do yourself a favour and try another company. One of the other comments mentioned Vitacost - I might try them next time.
Have been trying to place an order for 45 minutes and cant get through, get to PayPal and then it goes back, whats wrong with your site ? I wanted products before bfeleven finishes

Hi Sandy, 45 min is way too long, firstly make sure your connection (internet) is secure and not being slowed by background apps. Id restart computer and try again. If still no good, try calling them, they are great communicators.

I have been trying to buy a pack of Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate 1lb. (454g) promoted on the web page at $26.77. However, when I refer to my cart at the checkout the price is shown as $44.63. Can you explain this variation in price and tell what is the correct price

Hi ...im waiting on a order from your Company that i placed on the 9th of September...delivery said between the 17th and the 24th of September...i cant find my emIl that gave me my tracking number, would you please supply that for me again so i can see how far my order is from arriving...ive now run out of the one i was using..my oder number is 709639023..i must say the delivery takes quite awhile, may need to reconsider going through another Company next time.

I was wondering if there are people here who (they screwed up and still haven't fixed to problem to your satisfaction) are willing to take further legal action against them to hurt them where all companies hurt: their pockets. If there are enough people willing to help a mass litigation happen, I would certainly be one of the first to sign up. Only this way we will see compensation for all our time they wasted in trying to solve their mess and the stress they caused.
i always order from IHERB Australian site and saw that the product were in AUSdollars.
When i looked at my account was charged $30 more than stated on the end product.
That is deception. When i phoned my credit card they said the site came from the Netherland.
That means we were charged in Euros,Not happy.
same yet my parcel had no indication of overseas travel but only coming from a warehouse in my country. I still paid for the shipping for overseas and in USD when even my receipt was deceiving...

Yes I am having the same issue. Says there is an error in my basket. Doing my head in too. Been like this for a few weeks at least.
I did have the same, but found out you have to have international payments setup with your bank.
I contacted the bank change it to international payment, and the order went strait true.
Hi, I live in Japan right now and have the Japanese I herb site. As of April I will be moving to Australia and wanted to look at the Australian I herb site but it always redirects me to the Japanese site. Why is that?
So soon you are in Australia you can access it.
iherb is deceptive when you buy in Australia you are paying in either us$ or euro$ they do not tell the truth. Stay clear if you live in Oz look for an Australian seller.
