It is a pleasure when a company's promises are kept. Inkject Online have a quick reorder function for my regular orders, rapid settlement, and overnight deliveries to my home. Frankly, I was paying a lot more to take a bus down the street to my local stationery superstore, so I don't know how an Australian company does what they do for the price.

We have been using Inkjet for a year now and find their service to be quick, efficient and uncomplicated. Prices are also extremely good, better than retail stores. Genuine Canon cartridges at an extremely good price compared to major stores and even other online suppliers. I put my order in at 10 pm on a Thursday, arrived on the following Monday in Geelong. I would not hesitate in using inkjet online again. My only regret is having put off trying them earlier!
Quick and cheap

I have been using inkjet online for several years now and continue to be amazed by their service. It is not unusual for me to order one evening and have the product delivered to my Canberra address the following day. I have tried other suppliers including the Cartridge Warehouse, but inkjet online cannot be bettered for the consistency and quality.
Prompt service, competitive price and ease of re-ordering the same products

I checked prices against that for two large office supplies companies and found that Inkjet Online provided by far the best value for money. They delivered within a couple of days to ACT. The prices were so cheap I considered it cost effective to buy a few spare for other printers in the house so as to get the free delivery offer for purchases over $85.

I have used this online store a few times now after being told about them by a friend and I am very impressed with their prompt and friendly service. I would recommend anyone to buy their printer ink there. The prices are excellent too and they had every brand of printer ink you could possibly want.
Inexpensive, reliable and prompt delivery

Pricing on our genuine HP cartridges for work was great, especially considering free express post service was included. I was able to contact David quickly and easily to confirm they were in stock and I will have this order tomorrow. Cheaper than most retail stores and I didn't have to drive there to get them. Have used Inkjet online in the past with the same excellent service. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

Inkjet has been reliable always They deliver when they say they will. Their website is easy to use. Products are exactly as ordered and completely satisfactory. I have used them for three different printers now. They offer a full range of cartridges for the printers I have had. Prices are clearly marked on the website.

I found this store from the internet because I bought a new printer and we need some inks to be replaced. Then I encountered with this store and gave it a go. Well... Not disappointing at all. Always great service from these guys. Products always in stock, prices are good, and my last order arrived within 24 hours of me ordering it. I placed my order at 1.30pm, and it was at my door by 10.30am the next day. I don't think I've ever had an order take longer than 2 days, and I'm in NSW.
