Into Blinds were great from start to finish. Had John, Joe and Alex to install outdoor shutter on our alfresco. They arrived on time, they were friendly and did a great job with installation of the shutter.

The blinds were installed by Joe on the 23.1.2020.The blinds look great and the service was excellent.
When he wasn't completely happy with the result, he took the blind down and readjusted it. Everything was explained clearly and Joe ensured I knew what to do to operate them effectively.
He arrived about an hour before the scheduled appointment and texted me to check this was okay.

Came to measure for a round shutter, salesman didn't know product, l was given advice where to finish the tiles before fitting. When it came to fit off the shutter didn't cover the tile cut. It's been months now with poor respoce and only offered a discounted price on a replacement shutter. They require to be paid in full before fitment and have refused to give my money back at this stage.

Roger was magnificent in guiding us through the process and making sure we were comfortable with our choice in blinds. Roger was punctual and very pleasant to deal with which made the experience worthwhile.

My previous installation with Into Blinds had been great and all was completed as promised so when I moved into our new home I decided to go with Into Blinds again. It’s been more than 6 weeks since I paid the deposit, and every week I had to chase the sales person for an update. For the temporary blinds he promised a lot, but only delivered a few after much chasing. Two weeks ago he said he had a few more but has no one available to drop them to me and didnt bother to call me to update. Seriously, what’s going on Into Blinds?

Hi All,
Just wanted to warn anyone seeking blinds or window furnishings not to use Into Blinds PTY LTD. I have purchased from this company recently and am totally disappointed. They have acknowledged that they manufactured the blinds incorrectly, however have been really difficult to deal with since. We have been waiting for three weeks without any resolution not to mention lack of communication. Check other reviews on how they conduct themselves when they are at fault, I wish I had....... Please feel free to share this with others as I would NOT recommend them for any projects

With my new house I required some day blinds and a security door to be fitted. Tammy was very punctual, polite and was very knowledgeable of the [products. She took the time to go through the variations of colors and fabrics and assisted me with my decision as I was a bit torn between two colors. I'm very much looking forward to moving into my new house and enjoying my blinds. I would highly recommend Into Blinds and Tammy, she was great!

Darren gave us a quote in late November, he advised us of what our best option was for the job, which we agreed to straight away and were more than happy to go ahead with. We weren’t in a hurry to have the blinds done considering the Christmas period was coming up. Frank called us just after the break to confirm the blinds were made and ready for installation - this was completed on 6/1/2020. Service was exceptional, professional and all done with ease. Sonia went though with my quote throughly she help to explain how Veri Shades work as I am not familiar with these blinds, there was no rush. She also assisted with Cellular blinds. One happy customer.
