I don't know what you really want me to say. Every time I call them with a problem the problem is solved in no time, thanks to PAUL he is always ready to hear what the problem is and take action. And that is what I call good service especially with Paul Culbi he is always available at any time of the day you call him.

Our Strata comprises 130 residential units in a 13 storey building that is 14 years old. Jamesons has been our Strata Manager for the past seven years. Anthony Coates is the manager assigned to our Strata; he is diligent, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. These are important qualities for voluntary members of Strata Committees. This is especially true in the current era of more defined, formal responsibilities and increasing regulatory oversight.
The Strata is most grateful for Anthony's handling of its affairs The Strata's excellent reputation with investors, owner-occupiers and tenants, is in no small measure due to Anthony's diligence.

Two other owners in separate properties have complained to me about Jamesons. My personal experience has also not been good. Their job is to give advice independently from Strata Committees or individual owners, including enforcing strata laws where appropriate. What's the point of having laws if they are ignored. What they do excel at is glossing over their mistakes and beating up their reputation. Half of their reviews here are 'terrible'.

No interest in assisting tenants of properties they manage. I had an urgent plumbing issue in the common area of the building and after two days they still haven't sent anyone out to fix the problem. Message given to reception was not passed on to property manger correctly so therefore property manager did nothing until I had to ring for a second time. Still nothing done.

We changed to Jamesons two years ago from an agency that was handling our strata matters for over 15 years. When Paul and team arrived on the scene, we noticed an immediate improvement with the follow-throughs to our requests, their quick and efficient responsiveness and the overall quality of service.
Paul handles all matters with great professionalism and takes pride in doing a job to a very high level of standard and satisfaction. His advice demonstrates a deep knowledge of the industry to which the Strata Committee takes advantage of.

Words are few little to describe the professionalism and work Jamesons do, headed by the leader Paul. We have had them for over 5 years now managing our building which consists of almost 250 units in Parramatta. The operation is smooth and hassle free. We have now been with Jamesons for a couple of years and very pleased to have switched from another Manager for the first 3 years of our small 5 year old complex. The contrast is notably much more professional. Our Treasurer (a qualified auditor) is very particular, expecting data and records in ways which Jamesons, while not perfectly yet, have been progressively making adjustments which the previous manager could not achieve. In all other ways, our needs have been promptly and efficiently met by Paul.

I have rented out a few of our properties and haven’t come across Strata Managers as helpful and proactive as John Martin and Anja Lloyd. My apartment flooded a few weeks back and whilst it was a very stressful situation given tenants were meant to moving in, they acted promptly and supported the claims and repair processes so I could rent out my apartment as soon as possible. They have been very responsive and their customer service is really second to none. Thank you John and Anja - it’s a pleasure working with you.

Jamesons just took over building and our building was in big mess because of our previous managing agent. Paul is very professional and since they have taken over our building they already fixing our problem.
We can simply lodge any complain via online and they try respond within 24 hours.
