my strata manager is quick to respond to any concerns you have about your property either by phone or email,the 2 years i've been with them is all good. so any property owners out there looking for a new strata manager give them a go i don't think you will be disappointed.

6 weeks for a security pass still waiting
Paid for a security pass pass 6 weeks ago, no receipt no communication nothing. Every time I call up I get a different story. They don't answer the phone or give me terse email replies (hoping I will give up and go away) After a lot of pushing I find out today the building manager is away, not sure when he will be back. Requires an amazing amount of effort to get them to do their jobs, be warned.

If one has to contact the Strata Manager he is well mannered, informative and knows what he is doing.

Great service. A cut above the rest
Always available to answer our strata issues. Their service is awesome. Happy to answer early morning emails in an emergency and quick to action work. I wouldn't go anywhere else for strata.

breath of fresh air
After a nightmare with our previous agent, (not answering emails, not following comities wishes, sending wrong notices, woefully under budgeting, not even knowing strata law, confusing buildings and no accountability etc ) Now we are with Jameson’s for 4 months they have been an absolute breath of fresh air. Responsive, clear communication, no ambiguity, frank and honest advice, and able to steer us through many needless complex issues because of the previous agent. Bryan Kou has been a great help and extremely patient. So far it looks like the best decision we made in the ten years I been involved in strata committees. Long may at last! Love this Strata

Good .. Could do better
Limited by facilities provided to them such as no direct debit facilities . In comparison to other Strata Management, Jamesons lack in technology such as web facilities for minutes, notices and other management tools

We had 2 strata managements before changing to Jamesons (close to 6 years ago I think).
The difference was an immediate, significant improvement in the management of our building. Paul Culbi was all over the many complicated issues and has dealt with everything knowledgeably and professionally. Jamesons has maintained this high level of commitment in subsequent years.

The best strata company we have come across
We have been wanting to move to Jamesons from Chris Darby strata for months. What a relief that we can now say we are finally getting competent, accurate, knowledgeable and fair representation and support.
John Martin has gone above and beyond to help us navigate tricky strata situations even prior to us signing a contract with them. John always makes himself available, is very communicative and offers a lot of great knowledge from his many successful years in the business.
We have every belief that he will restore our faith and in the strata industry under his management.

Changing hands
I have been notified of your takeover of Darbies (Wollongong) I do hope the service improves as per reviews. I have waited 8 months for a fencing repair needed and the problem is getting worse and more expensive and still nothing the promise much and give nothing. Hoping for an improvement soon after the takeover. Good Luck

I live in a large and upmarket building and am on the strata committee. We have all found our strata manager (Paul Culbi) to be most pro active. I can recommend Jamesons to one and all.

Great Service
We changed strata managers about a year ago after suffering from very poor management previously and it is like chalk and cheese.
We have made some significant improvements to our run down and non-compliant building of 67 units over the past year and are looking for more improvements in the coming years.
Our strata manager, Kinen Lau, and his supporting staff have been excellent. We always get very prompt responses and proactive service.

Pro-active, Informative, Professional
John Martin is professional and pro-active, Available at all times and contactable, consistent with up to date information great follow up and, Knowledgeable. He provides advice and solutions. Keeps in contact with the proprietors and Strata Committee. The Jameson's online portal is the best yet, easy to use a very good experience, a very progressive, up to date, organization.

Excellent customer service
Jamesons has been a great change for a strata, their level of service and knowledge of the industry is outstanding. I would recommend them highly to owners corporations looking for a positive change.

We understand the frustration and the concerns you had as a tenant of the building and wish to apologies for the inconvenience on behalf of the Building Manager. As the Strata Managing Agent we are not the Building Managers and our role is to facilitate the request, taking into consideration that as a tenant all requests must be directed through your property manager, but we have taken such liberty to help you as much as possible. Paul the General Manager, has reviewed this instance including all emails with the team. They have addressed the matter at all times in a professional manner and refered the matter to the Building Manger on each occasion and we also provided the contact deatils for Mr R Oliveira (Building Manager) to make direct contact. Furthermore when our staff member was trying to help you process a refund (as that seemed to be the only way we could assist you) you have remarked with comments such as “dodgy” of which is quite defaming and unacceptable as her intention was merely to assit you in resolving the matter. In regards to this review - we pride ourselves on being honest and great communicators so we don't feel it is just as we went over and above to assist you in any way we could. As always, we welcome further feedback or discussion but hope this has been resolved now.
