Jax campbelltown nsw tried to $cam me extra ca$h for a service not performed, I cancelled the ordered tyres, and took jax'$ money $$$$$ elsewhere, I'm never going to this store.

The local store offered the best price for the product I was looking for. The shop is neat and clean and staff were welcoming and helpful with a no pressure approach.

My tyre repair was done quickly, at very reasonable cost and we are always welcomed at Jax Ashmore with a smile and an efficient solution. Andre is the face and the power in this store

another local tyre company would not change my tyre for me as i had broken the lock nut - not a problem for these guys- they just got straight in and did what needed to be done

I purchased four new tyres for my 2007 Mitsubishi Lancer from Jax Tyres through the aftepay website. The Penrith store was great! High quality customer service, friendly and knowledgeable team members. Wasn't ripped off because I'm a woman and didn't get talked down to like some places do just for being female! Zero flexibility on pricing, Products and labour are some of the most expensive around. A non competitive business. Franchisee owners turn away small jobs. Won't repair a flat but will sell you a tyre. Many Jax tyres franchises have lost focus on basic customer service over profit seeking. Disappointing, would not recommend.

I took my car to JAX Tyres in Fairy Meadow today, having damaged one of my front tyres and needing a replacement. I've been going to them for several years. They are always happy to help at short notice. Their staff are friendly and polite and I never seem to have to wait long for the work to be done. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Today I replaced the tyres on my Kia Cerato at Jax Warilla. I have been a previous customer. The price was reasonable and I now have a new set of quality tyres on my car. The staff also did a minor repair (reattaching the plastic protective strip under the front of the car) for me at no cost. The staff as I have found on previous occasions were courteous and friendly. I recommend this company.

Easy to access and find the store closeto town. Great service, friendly. Showed us some of the parts that needed replacing and they took a good look at car and lost anything they needs to be replaced Soon. Use good quality parts we have taken our car there for tyres, services and repairs and have been very happy with them. Would highly recommend our local store.

I just replaced two tyres for my wife's Suzuki Swift. Being a little short of cash she went for what we thought would be the cheap and nasty option. This turned out not to be the case. The Indonesian tyres selected were excellent value in that they had a firm grip, deep tread, good area coverage and were the cheapest selection available.
