Bundaberg Jax Tyres, has excellent service doing a wheel alignment, wheel balancing.
My biggest surprise was they provided a print out showing what needs to be aligned, how much it was out.
They gave a quick answer to my questions, they know what there doing. The waiting time was minimal.
From now on my whole family, will be using the service they provide.

A really good range of tyres too from excellent value through to ultimate performance. Prices were really good for a physical store. Might have been a bit cheaper online but I didn't want to do that. Staff can order anything you need mechanically and aesthetically. They offer a great range of brands to suit your needs and wallet. Installation service here is exceptional. Staff are not only happy to install but offer advice if you choose to do so yourself... but their installation has the assurance of satisfaction guarantee.

Good tires at good prices.
It was easy to choose, it was easy to book, it was easy to withdraw. The work was accurate and precise. The car is okay straight.
The staff is friendly. Only the withdrawal time was a little long.

My BMW had a nail in the run flat tyres. Hubby suggested we go to KMart Tyres nearby who said that run flats were not repairable and quoted $529 for a new tyre. A little bit of research and a recommendation by someone in the business had us heading up to Scott at Jax in Artarmon today - result... repaired tyre and a $45 bill. That's a pretty good result and will have us going back there in future when we really do need to buy tyres.

Was offered plenty of time and options and great advice when purchasing a full set of medium to high end tyres for my Toyota Aurion it’s nice to see honesty still exists in some retail stores, was booked in at a set time and had work done on time will definately be a repeat customer and recommend this store to everyone needing tyres and automotive work.

Every tyer I wanted was not available. Yet it was displayed on a screen. Was only offered the cheap brand ! I wanted and asked for michelin, no stock, bridgestone, no stock, kancook, waited an hour to get two michelin. Then was told they would let me know to get a third tyer. No call back. Got it cheaper and right away from Tyres Plus Burleigh and at a cheaper price.

Called in for advice on a tyre before travelling. Very prompt service and advice, put my mind at rest.
All at no charge, very helpful and pleasant man. will definitely go to their local branch on my return home.

Great store with people that know what they are talking about. Have bought off Jax Tyres more than once and will be back every time I need new tyres. Highly recommend to everyone I know.

I had Really BAD, BAD experience this morning.
They said it is not fixable because the nail puncture is too close to side wall.(Check the picture i uploaded)
The worst thing is they took the rim out of the tyre. I asked to put it back but they refused to do that which cost me extra $40 dollar to fix at other shop.
SuttonCity fixed the puncture at $45 and charged me extra $40 for the rim fix which JAX tyre made.
JAX only think about selling the tyres. Do not go this shop if you have nail puncture like the picture i uploaded.

I picked out tyres. I politely requested torque wheel nuts to 80 ft/lb or 110 NM and put 32 psi pressure in tyres as per manufacturers specs. Response was Duh we don't have a torque wrench. (Yet they do servicing, pink slips, Brakes etc). I responded please don't use a rattle gun just use a wheel brace. Outcome loose wheel nuts on left and right front and tyre pressures ranging from 37.5 to 42 psi. Also its not a good look smoking in your workshop even though you tried to hide it, plus it stinks & never mind the OHS issues. You get 1 star for balancing the wheels correctly. Well done.

I needed 2 new tyres, dropped in at the nearest Bob Jane's - staff were rude and patronising to me as a woman - I left. Jax in Newcastle were another story, helpful on the phone, friendly in person and very efficient

1. JAX supplied & fitted terrible tyres, noisey and spongy, and performed wheel alignment resulting with steering wheel off centre and car pulling to the right.
2. Returned car to JAX with my new purchased replacement tyres to be fitted and balanced & a re alignment. Fitted, balanced & re aligned, no tyre shine (dressing) applied, not eligible? due to I supplied tyres, not sure?
3. Later, while washing my car I realised JAX fitted silver weights to my black rims - NOT a good look! and NOT professional. Second wheel alignment successful.

I had to stop the fitter, because he was fitting the new tyres at the rear! I wanted the 2 new Bridgestone Tyre 195/70R15C R 623 at the front. No explanation, consultation before the work started. Yellow dot was not lined up with the valve!
Unfriendly staff and manager in Tweed Heads. No compensation or refitting was offered. Full story soon.... All to bad!
