I've dealt with Jax Tyres in Preston on two occasions in the past 5 yrs
on both occasions they have offered me the best deal on my new tyre purchase and throwing in a wheel alignment as well.

I post this review with no ulterior motive. The customer experience that we received at this Jax Tyres branch has been the most disgraceful and unprofessional conduct that I have ever experienced. This is my 1st review post of a business and I feel compelled to express my extreme disappointment on how we have been treated by the branch both from the 1st interaction of the issue and during their internal investigation of the incident. I thank JAX Head Office for their time but unfortunately the branch actions through this period reinforces their unprofessionalism, outright arrogance and treating people with contempt. Extremely disappointing conduct.

Friendly and informative Service and did the job quickly and within the time frame l booked it in. They were happy to order in the tyres l wanted which arrived the following day. Unbeatable value as l got 4 tyres for the price of the 3.

The extra service we received was unexpected. We got a great price and friendly service, I felt like we were in good hands. The staff seemed to know what they are doing. It is the first time using Jax, only negative was the longer than expected wait time. Would go back again just for the extra service checking my car over.

A quick phone call confirmed Jax were the best price for the tyres I wanted and the best price for the wheel alignment as well. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful with extensive product knowledge. Their service was outstanding.

Jax Tyres at Tweed Heads South recently fitted four new tyres to my Honda C-RV. Great price - four for the price of three. The staff there were terrific... friendly and helpful! Prompt service - rang one day, tyres fitted and aligned the next afternoon. Jax should be really proud of this store and other companies could learn a lot from the way these guys deal with their customers... thank you!

Bought tyres at Jax Smithfield on special (buy 3 get one free) which was a good deal.
Few months later I got an email from Jax that I'm due for a free wheels balance and rotation.
I booked my car in without any issues and got it done with no charge.
Great service.

My trip to the Penrith Store was excellent The staff was most helpful I went into the store to have a puncture fixed the NRMA officer said he was doutful as to where the damage was he was right I was needing new tyres so I asked to have four new tyres fitted The staff was that helpful and explained every detail on the purchase I could not be any more happy with the service I was given

The team at JAX in Ashmore are awesome. I always take the car there when needing work.

Had some troubles with the Engine on Wednesday and knew if i headed to Ashmore they would help me out. No booking, just popped in and spoke to Andre and he told me they would inspect it and get back to me ASAP.

Had a call at work within about an hour. Andre advised me what needed doing and after confirming with myself they got stuck straight into it. A couple of other things were noted during the work and Andre called me at each stage to keep me updated.

It was all fixed and ready to pick up before lunchtime. Great work from the team.

I had a puncture over the weekend, had the spare put on and rang Jax Tyres Phillip ACT early Monday morning - they said to bring the car straight over. I left the car with them and went to a class at the pool, received a text saying the car was ready less than an hour and a half later. Amazing price, far cheaper than I expected and friendly, efficient service. Such easy parking too. Would definitely use them again next time I need tyres, fully recommended.

Jax Tyres Thornleigh provide great service & advice. Make me feel like a valued customer. Clean workshop, they respect your car by using paper mats to protect it from getting dirty.
