Jenny Craig support and food
The food is very nice, some item are not to my taste.
They are filling with you having to use free foods like salads.
It's very easy, eat when they tell you and what they give you.

It works, that's all that matters to me
Not the cheapest, but the results are worth it (at least for me). Feel supported by consultants and food is pretty good too. Delivery options now given the COVID19 as well.

Easy to follow
Three weeks into the program i am finding it is easy to follow it given my busy lifestyle. The food is well prepared in terms of flavors and portions, helps satisfy most of my cravings. I am positive that I will not be giving up on it like most other diets i have tried.

Expensive and Misleading
Joined Jenny craig about a month ago and have lost weight so thumbs up for that BUT when i joined i was advised the "FREE 8 week membership" was not free as there was no discount applied so to become a member was financially more viable as i got a 10% discount on food (MISLEADING !!) I did bec ome a member and was quite happy but as soon as I short ordered (because i had not eaten a day's food as i was on holidays) i lost the 10% discount MISLEADING AGAIN !! apparently the 10% discount only applies if you order the complete package every day an...Read more
d do not miss anything. MISLEADING AGAIN. i would have been better off with the 8 week membership. Easy to stick to
Yes some of the foods are high in fats/carbs but it keeps me for eating the rubbish I used to, so I am losing weight, in a few weeks when I finish I will be able to get my own meals as I now have an idea of how easy it is to stick to my 1200 cals. a day. Thanks Jenny Craig.

Extremely disappointed felt ripped off
I joined Jenny Craig Chatswood with a friend about 2 years ago. My friend knew the lady at Chatswood there at the time and convinced us to join which we both did. I did not feel this person was in my friends best interest however I was their to support my friend to lose a little weight and joined.
Both going from a healthy mediterranean diet to a very expensive highly processed frozen foods and pastries not to mention the high salt.. I was blown away.? We ended up throwing out all the food in the bin.

Easy to use
This is the second time I have been on Jenny Craig. The first time I lost over 20kg in 8 months and looked good and had no problems with the food nor the preparing of vegies and the dairy serve. or eating their food. I ended back in hospital 5 weeks later with a bowel blockage so it was obvious I needed to be careful with what I ate. I was very scared to eat much good stuff as I was told that anything with too much fibre, etc could cause me problems. I had to eat everything that was white. White bread, white rice, white pasta, no white cheese, etc. Going through all this my Consultant was still contacting me to see how I was going. Then two weeks ago I got myself i to gear and rang Jenny Craig Ringwood and they welcomed me with open arms. I have gone the vegetarian menu and find it yummy. I love the omelette, vegetarian chilli, vegie round ups, etc. There is a huge variety of food to try and experiment with. They are always changing the menus for each season. Jenny Craig is like any other place that offers different ways to diet. It is all in your hands. Do not expect to lose weight if you cheat and not follow the menu sheet. It is you that has to justify to people why you have not lost weight. It is also you that decides what to eat if you go out for coffee with the girls at a cafe. Change the diet for the day to not eat something that you may have for later on in the day. The food is great. I want to say a big hello and a big thank you to Sandi and Di at Ringwood Jenny Craig who have helped my daughter and myself to be a better person with the food we eat. People say it is full of sugar. It might be but it is also proportioned out so you do not have too much of it and you fill up with your “free food”. It is easy to follow and help is always there. I even now work out every day what I will eat if we are going out and how to change the menu for the day. It is easy. I have lost 3.4 and .8 kg in two weeks so something is working. Also do not diet without exercising. They go hand in hand. You need to do some exercise if you want your numbers to work. Give it a go and you will find it easy and refreshing.Similar opinion? Great weight loss program and wonderful food
I have only recently started my Jenny Craig 8 weeks program. Prior going to Jenny Craig I had tired lots of work outs and diets and haven’t worked and in my first two weeks I have lost 4.4kgs and couldn’t be happier with the result. Have a great consultant helping me and the meal plans are amazing. Would recommend Jenny Craig

I consumed Contaminated food and Jenny Craig did not Care!
My entire Journey with Jenny Craig was horrible! Every two weeks all they cared about was taking my money and making sure I put in my food order. Then, to make matters even worse on Monday, November 18, 2022, at 3:00 P.M while I was having my lunch (Chicken Marsala) after taking my second or third bite I bit into something hard! ackaging, and rock. They put me through a lengthy process of a claim demanding the evidence! I sent in everything they asked for (I made sure I took pictures of everything I sent in) As well as send in the rock inside a ziplock bag so it would not tear through the measly envelope they sent me to send in my claim papers and evidence! The process was so irritating that I decided to do some research to see if anyone else has had a similar experience! I was astonished to discover others have experienced contaminated food and have gone through a difficult claim process some not even receiving a response! In the end, they sent me a letter saying that 1. they received my claim papers but conveniently not the evidence saying and I quote... " it appears to have broken through the packaging that you had mailed it in; therefore, the object could not be identified as to the source or origin." and 2. because I did not sustain any injury they would not refund me for the full amount of the program I had requested in my claim! All they wanted to give me was the cost of that meal! My point is that I don't know how many meals I unknowingly consumed that were contaminated and that could have future consequences to my health and the health of other Jenny Craig members. The lack of empathy or concern is why I would never recommend Jenny Craig to anyone ever!

Great for weight loss
Doing the Jenny program was hard to stick to and took me 2 years but I lost approx 20 kgs. Unfortunately trying to maintain the weight loss and soon falling back into past bad habits saw me put back the 20 and then some. The team at Ringwood were very supportive but the cost of doing the program and the effort of constantly watching my waistline became too hard and costly also I got sick of the same food I just couldn't palate any longer. . Great for weight loss however I had to still work hard in the gym. Staff were wonderful, supportive and kind but I felt harassed when I could no longer continue the program due to not being able to afford $180 a week on the program plus then I also had to by groceries + milk, yoghurt,veg and fruit not supplied by Jenny Craig. So I was spending $280 a week for just one person on food and groceries and household items. Ok for first timers who want to lose maybe 10kgs but not a long term solution to managing weight loss unfortunately.1 comment

Contaminated food
All was going ok until I found dirty plastic chunk in my chip packet. Food was contaminated so I called the office I was going to and the said they would contact their quality department etc. I sent them photos and dropped in the contaminated product and all the offered was a free week of food! I dont want to eat potentially contaminated food!
No one checked if I was ok, no one asked how I would like to be compensated and no one from their quality department followed up with me.
As for the program, I was hungry all the time and the food doesnt taste very fresh

Overpriced $195 +/ week + dairy + fruit + veges, disgusting un-nutritional food
I spent $175 (had 10% off) for meals like Macaroni and cheese $11.90. Roast chicken (size of a tenderloin) and veges $11.90. The foods are filled with sugar and very little meat. I was so annoyed when I went to eat my "Malty Grain" breakfast cereal (like Cherrios) 176 calories and had 10.4g sugar. The healthy part was the 75% veges that I bought that went with these so called meals. In my consultation, I felt rushed. I asked what do I do if I have to go out for an event? She said eat before you go. REALLY!!! The next day, I signed up to Weight Watchers.

Ridicules prices for pies in the diet
I found with Jenny Craig there was way too much sugar in their meals. The girl seemed very rushed, quickly grabbing the food out of the freezer, and to put it in the box. Doesnt include all the meal yu have to add fruits dairy products vegtables and is more pies in there $169.Way too much money, compared to other companies. Lite and easy the best food and includes everything you dont have to spend extra!!

Dont find excuses not to do it
I have been on Jenny Craig for 3 days now, I am already 1.5kgs down, I am not hungry, or, thinking about when I can eat next. It is achievable and manageable.
I started Jenny Craig as after having my baby and having developed a thyroid problem, I was stacking the weight on. I was not really concerned about how I looked with my size/weight (although I was 92.2kgs and overweight), but, I was concerned what my unhealthy weight and unhealthy eating habits were doing to my body and I knew I needed help to change my unhealthy relationship with food....Read more
Over eating, over indulging and binge eating junk food was not the lifestyle I wanted for me and my new little family. I tried other companies offering similar services as Jenny Craig, but, I was not satisfied and hungry all the time. I decided to give Jenny Craig a go and I am honestly annoyed I didnt do it sooner. I am not hungry throughout the day, I am satisfied and my cravings are non-existant. The food is tastey and convenient. Yes, there is some room for improvement with some of the menu items, as there is with many of these convenience style companies, but, it is still suprisingly satisfying which is what you need from a weight loss program. Every menu item is not going to be to everyones liking. A lot of people have said the food plans are expensive in addition to you having to buy your own fresh fruit/veg/salads. And yes, I also think it is expensive and not everyone can afford to do these types of programs which is a shame, but, I needed help to lose weight and this was the better program for me cost and product wise. I compared the cost of Jenny Craig to when I was on YouFoodz and found a the YouFoodz plans were more expensive in the long run. Plus With Jenny Craig I am actually getting to eat fresh fruits, salads and veg in addition to the food on the program, which I did not get with other programs. A positive about being able to buy your own veg/salads/fruits is that YOU get to pick the fruit/salads/veg YOU like (keeping within the program guidelines) and I like that the meals are not being bulked up with a tonne of carrots, peas, or sweet potato every single meal, which can become tiring very quickly. It allows you to change the meals up each day/week to suit your tastes. Plus their Facebook page and emails offer you inspiration on different ways to serve the meals with different spices, condiments or herbs (keeping in line with the guidelines).1 comment

It really works!!
I really love Jenny Craig. I had about 10 kilos to lose and have already lost almost 6 Kilos in 5 weeks!! As with any diet it takes a little bit of adjustment, however, knowing precisely when and what to eat really makes it easy. I like the food overall and a lot of the breakfasts and snacks I would buy if I wasn't dieting.
Shout out to the lovely Ladies at Robina Easy T Centre, especially my fabulous consultant Lorna, who is always really encouraging and very patient as I swap out any foods I'm not fond of.
This programme really does work if you are serious about losing weight. I highly recommend.

jenny Craig works for me!!
I have always struggled with my weight but since joining Jenny Craig I am getting great results... almost 10 kilos lost.....
The food is filling and I love the convenience of it all…… going to the supermarket is easier just go straight to veggies, salad and I am out!!!! So I am cruising along with good results and I couldn’t do this on my own so thank you to Jenny Craig......

Happy Customer- Good Results

Good Snacks
Really please with my weight loss outcome with Jenny Craig. Living to good a life has led me to develop a bit of a gut and I was advised by my gym junky wife to get it sorted, nice right. Anyhow, it’s actually been a pleasant surprise. At first I was starving and as with any diet it’s a bit of a shock to the system but now I’ve gotten used to it, it’s aright and for me it’s really worked.
