Our antenna needed to be replaced after strong winds. We arranged for an obligation free quote, and ended up going with Jim's because of the price, the flexibility in timing and prompt reply as well as Ashley's (from Sydney) helpful and friendly manner. Jacob from Jim’s antennas. Gave us a good quote and did not try to sell us extras we didn’t need. His service and manner were excellent. He was a well mannered young man.

Jacob knows what he's doing, therefore makes you feel confident that he will do an excellent job...He installed a new TV point... He had to go on top of a two storey roof for the coaxial cables and had to fish it through the internal walls, it was quite difficult job to do but he made it look so easy. He also installed a Sanus Full Motion TV Wall Mount with pinpoint accuracy in finding the studs. I asked him a ton of questions regarding WiFi connections and weak signals when streaming TV programs and he gave me unequivocal answers and suggestions with great knowledge.
He definitely knows his field of work.
