Can you tell me the cost to supply and fit a satellite dish to our home please

Heidi S.Jim's Antennas
Hi Rod. We offer Free onsite quotes. It's a little hard to quote without knowing some details. Such as the service you are wanting to receive with the satellite dish, your address, the signal strength and elevation required and whether or not there are any obstructions to the line of sight.

Why are your technicians pushy and pricey. They called me to give me prices without even looking at the problem. I only wanted a free quote!

Heidi S.Jim's Antennas
Hi Yolz. Normally we will always provide a Free Onsite and don't tend to give pricing over the phone.
If you could provide me via email - [email protected] - your street address details - I will chase this up.

What make/model does Jim's use when you speficify an Australian made HD digital antenna?

Heidi S.Jim's Antennas
Hi. We have a couple of different Australian Made antennas from Matchmaster and Hills.
I don''t know but I got charged $434.50 to replace the antenna yesterday from Jims Flagstaff hill and he was in and out within half an hour and shoved my old antenna in my bin on the way out. An Australian digital antenna only costs around $80. Feeling ripped off.

Are ceevoo antennas genuine

Heidi S.Jim's Antennas
Hi Victor I believe this only an American Antenna only and is not required in Australia as we already receive Free To Air HD channels via the outdoor Antenna on your roof. I would not buy this.
Thank you for your prompt reply. Very much appreciate your interest.

Looking a quote for Tv mount installation on the wall in Meal room area. My house under the construction with builder next few months. In the meantime would you be able to provide me quote? Thanks !!!
1 answer
Heidi S.Jim's Antennas
Hi Vikas
We generally provide Free Onsite quotes - if you have an electrican running your cables during build - I would suggest you get them to put the TV point and Power point for your meals area where you'd like the TV mounted - that will save costs on having to conceal cabling down the wall afterwards.
Marieasked
What antenna brand do you use?
1 answer
Heidi S.Jim's Antennas
Hi Marie. The brand of antenna used is dependent on your area and what we recommend will work best. We also use a combination of Australian made and Overseas Made Antennas dependent on the location and price point that customer is after.
All of our Antennas come with a minimum 1 year warranty up to in some cases a lifetime warranty.
Brands that we tend to use are Hills, Matchmaster and Bitek.

I have a reasonably new antenna but apparently the cable that comes out of the wall into the room isn't the right one, I need to have it replaced so that I can get reception on my TV at the moment I can only watch it through the recording device.
could you possibly give me an idea of the cost?
4 answers
I think you maybe looking at $120 to $180 ! just asked them to give you a free quote
Hello Ree.
I needed a new something on my antenna (on the roof) because people altered the settings on the local phone tower and the box thing wasn't strong enough to handle the interference. It cost me $220 but they will give a free quote.
Thanks for your input
