I would recommend Jim's Antenna service very prompt very informative and an excellent tradesman. Antenna was installed a day after contacted Jim's Antenna. If you want a good job done and a very good price don't waste time just ring Jim's Antenna.

Shawn came, looked, and got system working. After he left it stopped working. Then got it going again, and then stopped again. It seems there is a fault in something to make it so hit and miss. Shawn has many ideas, and finding parts to make it perfect, has lots of knowledge to explain well.

The Company organised an appointment as soon as possible for me - Kenny was there on time - he was very courteous and patient- did the job quickly and efficiently- only gripe is that the price seemed a bit high for the job - was simply replacing a cable but otherwise happy with the Service.

I called Jims antennaes after having some reception issues in the house I recently bought, When Pete arrived he told me what the problem was right away as he had spotted that my antennae was the wrong type for my area.He quickly and efficiently put up a new one for me.

Service person was Kenny, he was able to come immediately. He checked out the problem thoroughly and solved it, cheap, including climbing up to second storey roof aerial. Excellent service at a good price.

Taehwan's investigation before quoting was sound and inspired confidence in his recommendation which completely fixed the problems. The reception issue was in fact a result of three problems so his test equipment and diagnosis approach was essential to success.

Don't know why we put up with reception issues for so long. Peter came promptly. He was friendly and efficient. Minimal cost. Extremely hot day. Will book again a little down the track when we need a new antenna.
