Jim's Cleaning Group - Carpet Cleaning

Pete was put onto me when i did a google search for cleaning blind drapes. Peter was in contact in a flash, and various text messages were exchanged (with prompt responses) and the job was booked in. Peter was on time, easy to deal with, and the quality of work was second to none. I am extremely pleased with the result, and Peter also took the time to give me advice to ensure they last well into the future. An old School bloke who still takes pride in his work - highly recommended.

He was very personable. Came immediately and did an amazing job. Would recommend this service highly! He had the difficult job of removing animal stains and smells on our carpet. Very happy with the results!

Ilias was friendly, thorough & clearly interested in doing a good job & keeping customer happy. He didn’t try to up the price upon inspection of carpets, he was honest & just a lovely guy. More than happy to help move furniture, in order to get into certain areas. I regret not also using Ilias or Jim's cleaning services for ducted heating cleaning, as I had booked with another company which was totally unsatisfactory. Now I know for next time. Will happily recommend Ilias & Jims cleaning to family & friends.

Easy to book! Wes was great! Good communication and showed up early which worked well for me, he communicated the time with me first. Carpets looked great, would recommend and use his services again if required.

Wes was great! He arrived on time, described exactly what to expect with the carpet cleaning, got to work and had it done very quickly and the results were perfect!

Had to get my carpets clean on the asp and angel carpet cleanings were the only ones available for when I could be free. The man did a great job didn’t give me crap about what I should need but was truthful about the carpet and it’s condition and the smell wasn’t any better either. Friendly happy go lucky chap thank you to the man I for his name I will recommend this company to others without hesitation

James was friendly, gave us a competitive quote and arrived on time. We had concerns about some blood spots in a conspicuous place but he successfully removed them. We are very satisfied with the result of the clean and would recommend James to other potential customers.

Great price, quick response, was able to get us in quickly and good service provided, was able to get even the toughest stains out of the carpet. Will use again!!

Peter did a very good job of the main carpet, but failed to include the small carpets on top. He did not ask whether they should be included and I therefore expected they would be. We also debated the price which was altered as the first quote was too high.

communication from Lisa was honest, and patient,Luke offered to do the best he could, the carpets hadn't been cleaned in 20 years, was dog stained and filthy, 3 bedrooms, lounge room, a rug and hallway. Luke offered to help move My TV, luke out did himself My home hadn't looked or smelt that clean since I had moved in, I more than highly recommend LUKE NELSON

Andy was amazing with the vacate steam clean of our property. Great price and all round service! Picked up and dropped off the keys efficiently as I was a work.
