Body started rusting after a few months despite being covered and under cover
The bbq cooks well, however moving it out to use is a pain as it only has 2 caster wheels that steer. It also started developing rust in random spots around the body which i will now have to treat on a regular basis. The drip tray does not working very well either, some how the oil is running down other channels in the chassis and missing the shallow drip tray all together. Having said this i got it at a bargain price, so when i'm ready to splash out a bit more I will replace with a better brand after doing my research.
Purchased in April 2021.

Excellent value. All stainless steel 6 burner wok plus
Great value huge 6 burner and side burner. Easy assembly with one type of screw and ok manual. Mine came with 3 front doors and missing a side panel which was sorted by Bunnings quick.
Works well with good ignition and illuminated knobs. Good long bbq with 2 grill plates and one flat that has two interchangeable sides if you like grill marks. Temp dial and glass viewing and great esp to avoid dropping heat.
Two wheels lock and also rotate as castors and two are fixed. Solid. Not plastic that will break.
My only gripe. I purchased the Jumbuck...Read more
rotisseree kit and it isnt compatible!!!!! For any jumbuck bbqs..yeah. Returned and showed bunnings why and the side slots on bbqs dont fit the kit and the bush for smooth rotation. At all. Bbq galore stocked a generic which i modified for bolt holes and its ok. Watch that as i wasted 2 hrs on this. Generic bbq buddy cover fits well too.Purchased in September 2021 at Bunnings Warehouse for $499.00.

Very pleased with this lovely barbie.
Very pleased with this lovely barbie.I had my doubts when I was assembling it because it seemed extremely flimsy when dis-assembled but it strong when all the parts are put together. The first time I fired it up I thought I must have fluked it and cooked the perfect tender steak but it kept happening! I soon realised it just the barbie is very well designed and does this every time. I would recommend this to anyone that will listen!

Good looking, great performing large BBQ at an affordable price
The Good:
* It's a large 6-burner BBQ with hood, side burner and stand for about $400. Why would you spend any more?
* Stainless steel hood, sides and cabinet. Not the thickest sheet steel I've seen but should at least weather and stay looking good longer than the silver-painted unit this BBQ has replaced.
* Wheels and other hardware seem to be of appropriate quality.
* Storage cabinet contains gas cylinder discreetly and neatly.

Hi, we’ve purchased this Jumbuck bbq for Christmas and are trying to set up the Jumbuck rotisserie but the lid won’t close with the brackets on. Has anyone had this same trouble or know how to fix it? Thank you

Hi Kate,
I haven't had an issue with this. The lid closes correctly when I attach the rotisserie. Double the back frame has been assembled correctly.
Cheers

Hi there,
I’m looking at the Jumbuck Comet 6 burner BBQ for my Dad and wondered if it can be connected to mains gas with an adapter kit and gas plumber to install? Or, is it for use only with gas bottles?
Many thanks
Brooke
