Hard to assemble no assistance in wanting a return customer service extremely rude. Over priced and not worth the money. I would never purchase through this company ever again. Terrible customer service does not pay.

This is the worst trampoline ever, should have gone to kmart or target. The trampoline is two years old and the mat is worn cover is broken down and the net always falls in slight wind. I emailed the company and have been given no correct answers to the warranty times (they dont put it on their website nor do the same staff answer ) very rude and not helpful.

Not very impressed with our trampoline which was a Christmas gift for our children. We are forever having to put the net back up after minimal amount of wind. We even questioned my husband's assembly skills so we had a professional come and have a look and fix the net back up. He said it was assembled properly and he fixed the net back up. The next slightly windy day and all the net fell back down. Very cheaply made. It has been such a nuisance as i will not let my kids use the trampoline without the net up!

Great company with great service and supplies parts for our 14ft trampoline .
We purchased it from klika 5 years ago and for the price has serviced our family very well.
Parts are needed for replacment now as its in the weather all year round and the kids give it a great work out.
Klika has all the parts and I have ordered what I need online.

Purchased 12 foot spring less trampoline 17/12/13 for our grandchildren for Xmas. Mat didn't even last 2 years & the tabs that attach it have sagged. Klika not interested as only 12 month warranty & say to much weight must have caused it or protective pad not been on. Pad has never been off & the kids are the only ones who use it & are 6, 2 & 1. Very poor quality.

We bought a Klika 14ft trampoline with the netting on the inside of the springs. Rang them up because the ebay ad said free delivery in Metro Area. Thought there is no way they'll do it free for us as we're too far out and no one ever does - but they did! We ordered on Monday and it was delivered Friday. All the pieces were there and went up well. It looks great and feels like a quality trampoline. Will have to update as it ages but happy with the product and experience so far.
