Karcher FC5 Cordless
I have wooden floors newly installed thought I would buy a kartcher vacuum mop to help make my life easier I used it a few times and realized it wasn't vacuuming up very well so I usually vacuumed before I used it for a while it's very heavy and hard to get out to use so I started vacuuming and just using my steam mop and Dyson vacuum and only using the kartcher every now and then the last time I used it it was making a loud noise I looked and the rubber on rollers was coming off tried to fix it but just kept coming off so I thought it has a 2...
Read moreyear warranty I will take it back to bunnings only to be told they had contacted kartcher can they said its not a warranty issue and they wouldn't honor the 2year warranty after a hour of back and forth bunnings they said they would refund my $649 so my advice why buy an expensive kartcher that doesn't do what it's supposed to do and be told they won't honor a 2year warranty on one of their items when it's only been used 10 times looks new and the rubber is falling off the bottom of it, bad look for a very well known brand
Purchased in September 2020 at bunnings for $649.

Have only used it four times, the roller on one side dislodges no matter how firmly I install it. Dirty water spews over the floor and the rollers have to be dampened in the stand before you can use it. Wont even clean light dirt from floor, have to carry a cleaning cloth around with me to spot clean, even on dry coffee spills etc. sort of defeats the purpose of the cleaner really. Vacuum feature will only work on small amounts of dust, won’t even pick up crumbs. Floor is dirtier after using the FC5 because of dirty water leaking out everywher...
Read moree. Clean water won’t come out so I keep having to moisten the rollers in the stand tray. Heavy and cumbersome to use and you cant get under cupboards with it. Going to HN to try and get a refund but don’t like my chances after seeing all the reviews on here. Just finished cleaning my hybrid floors on my hands and knees with chux and warm water while my expensive useless floor cleaner sits idle. Wish I had found this site prior to purchase.Purchased in August 2020 at Harvey Norman for $499.
Leaves the floor really wet and the vacuum is non existent.
Battery supposed to last 20 mins but in real life more like 10 or less
I've only used it 4 times!
Purchased in January 2020 at Bunnings Warehouse for $649.
