Bought this item from bunnings to clean wooden floors and item did not do what it said, left barks and streak marks on wooden floor took it back to bunnings and bunnings offered poor customer service and would not allow return for item.

Delighted with the product.

We have a large tiled lounge, kitchen and hall area and have been looking for a product that will clean this effectively. This device really does the job. We have used the traditional sponge and bucket and a steam thingie which justs moves the dirt about, both not very good.
The karcher otoh picks up dirty water and leaves the floor pretty near spotless.
The only downside is that the battery life is a bit weak, I can only just get the whole floor done before the battery gives out, probably ~20 minutes.
Speaking to the other review by rani.korkise there is no vacuum, just wet rollers and I wonder if we are talking about the same product as the price you paid is way more than the Karcher?

Purchased in March 2021 at Mitre 10 for A$397.00.
