Never again!! Received incomplete Sofa and had very terrible after sale service!!
Just received BRAND NEW Jasper sofa on 6 of Dec 2022. However, the chaise is sagged so badly, and super soft! We have been told the memory foam is long lasting and does not lose it shape When we purchase the Sofa...We contact customer service on Jan 2020 and half month later, they sent a technician come to check and said the BRAND NEW SOFA IS AN INCOMPLETE ITEAM that they forget to put dome into the sofa. They let us to wait for the dome and said we are expect to receive it by middle of March.

r the dome. Since last month, we are trying to contract the customer service MANY MANY TIMES by email and phone, however, they rarely reply and keep us waiting for the solution. We called customer service, they said the consultant is busy and will call back, however, she never call back... Until now, we are still waiting the for dome which suppose is an original parts of this LUXURY sofa. So we have spent almost 5K to purchase an incomplete item with quality issue and didn't get a satisfying solution for almost half year because of the terrible customer service. We has asked for compensation because of the poor quality and it really waste time for contacting them during these month. They said will give us $150 refund...How ridiculous. After we replied the email, endless waiting begin again. Hope you can read this review if you want to spend money and your time on KING LIVING.

Not very nice after a couple of years
I never thought it was a very comfortable lounge, except to lie right down on. After 3 years I’m over it, the back cushions are always moving to the wrong place and look floppy.
The seat cushions sag. Overall it looks untidy unless you spend time sorting it all out.
My last lounge lasted a lot longer and looked better before I got rid of it.
If it didn’t cost as much as it did, I’d have gotten rid of it before.
Purchased in September 2021 at King Living for A$2,500.00.

attached to the back frame, which allows for flexibility in moving these to different positions when the sofa is reconfigured, it also means they do need to be maintained.

Perfect for my apartment and great service to go with it
The flexibility of the Jasper metro is brilliant. I purchased an additional back cushion to go with the set purchased in the autumn sale giving me a big L shaped setting. The sales person at the Southwharf store was brilliant - and patient with me as I made several visits before making my decision.

Thrilled with our new sofa.
I am over the moon with the quality and versatility of our new Delta Metro with Storage sofa. This is the perfect sofa for small homes and apartments . Looks fantastic and the storage underneath is huge. King Living exceeded all my expectations during several visits to their Gold Coast showroom . Delivery was made on the date promised with SMS updates advising exact time of arrival. In the coming weeks I will order the LED lights and side tables. Thank you from a very, very happy customer.

I LOVE MY NEW LOUNGE!
Thank you King Living for the most fabulous of lounge I've ever had! The Jasper Metro is perfect for my inner city apartment and it really is a dream come true. I've wanted one for many years and to be honest, it's better than I dreamt! The design, the quality of fabric (and the gorgeous navy colour!), the comfort level - all are just fantastic. A huge thank you to Joseph who made the purchasing enjoyable and all the way to the two gentlemen who not only delivered it, but also did such a great job assembling and demonstrating the functionality. All in all, this was the best purchase experience I've had in a very long time. Thank you King Living!

Paid for fabric protection but fabric looks terrible after only a few months. Not worth the money.
I purchased my Metro storage lounge in Embrace "snowgum" fabric in July 2016. I thought their advertising at the time was misleading as they advertised "up to 50% off" but there were no prices on anything so who knows how much off you really got. Be aware that every piece costs extra (eg it was $600 to get one extra back piece). I paid extra for fabric protection as the fabric is an off white. Well less than 5 months later and the couch looks filthy. There is discolouration on the most used seat. Getting it cleaned will cost another $300 or so....Read more
I am not happy with paying almost $4000 for a lounge that it will cost me $1200 a year to keep looking nice. The $1600 lounge I had made years ago from Plush never discoloured at all and any spills just wiped off (microfibre fabric). Maybe the leather is a better option but the fabric and fabric protection are not up to expected quality.7 comments

Not worth the money
We had our Delta Metro delivered in March and it is already covered in pilling and the seat cushions have a lump running down the middle. We were terribly disappointed as we spent a lot of money and expected it to last for many years.

I have been to King Furniture today and am contemplating whether to get Jasper Metro which I like or to get Delta Metro which currently is on sale now. My impression of Delta Metro is it's relatively cheaper look than Jasper Metro. Not so sure of the quality and durability of both. Any suggestion?

Stan, please be very careful about what you are purchasing. I've spent a lot of money on my jasper and now it's the most uncomfortable lounge with the feather filling shifting and piling in corners of the lounge. Looks very bulky in places. I have been offered for it to be refilled by King but I have to pay for this as it's not considered a 'manufacturers fault'. Avoid feather filling and go with the memory foam which might be better in the long run (their words!). Please read my review and the review of others on this platform before you make a decision. All the best!
Stan, I have a Concerto. I was not offered feather filling which I actually would have taken. They said they did not offer it because we bought it at a sale price. I have memory foam and it is so hard to sit on. It is not a sofa you can sink in to. My family and I loath this sofa so I would not recommend King Furniture. The customer service is pathetic. They also told me that as the memory foam was not faulty I would have to pay for the feather. Our sofa is 2 years old and we are getting rid of it. I wanted to give it to my son and he didn't want it because it is so uncomfortable. I have found a company who make sofas in Sydney not China as King do so I am going with that. They are well priced too. As I said before, King Furniture is always on sale so don't rush into it. They have just had the Autumn Sale and now its the Mid Year Sale. Don't be fooled!
Thank you Susan and CER for your advice. I will certainly reconsider King Furniture before even thinking about Jasper Metro and Delta Metro.
