The guys at kleanmaster duct cleaning and repairing were very professional, Arrived when they said they would and completed the cleaning work in 2 hours. No fuss, no mess. They also gave me advice on repairing some external vents which were damaged and causing problems. They advised that the service should be done every 8-10 years. Our house is 20 years old so we asked them to also replace some of the duct piping as well, They are certified which is something you should look for.
This company is highly recommended.

Excellent experience with kleanmaster for air duct cleaning. I just bought a house in fitzroy and the ducts hadn't been cleaned in MANY years. I bought a deal through the website and in 2 days they were able to send a technician out to clean my ducted heating vents and service the Machine. The price included all return ducts. Steve (my technician) arrived on time and was very thorough. He explained what he'd be doing throughout the process and didn't rush the job, took around 2 hrs. I saw all the nastiness that was removed so I know this was money well spent.

Appalling and aggressive, was told a seat rate on the phone of $28/seat so i booked for them to come out, 2 "subcontractors" show up at our house at the scheduled time and tell us that its double the price. Called the head office number to discuss, no reply. Ended up sending the 2 men away.

When i called the "head office" this morning the man who answered didnt want to discuss what happened and didnt want to try resolve the issue and told me to "Go away" more than once by the owner- i have never been spoken to like that in my life. Do not use this company.

We needed to have our carpets professionally cleaned upon leaving our last rental home. Our rental agency included a flyer in our move out pack as a recommended supplier so we decided to give them a call. Since they were price competitive we hired them to carpet clean 6 rooms. They turned up on time and completed the job well and in a timely manner. They were also very complimentary about the condition our carpets were in and didn't try to up sell any add on services.
