Not really happy with the service, I booked online for an aircon vent clean, plus inquired about low air flow in one duct and asked for a price. No price given. A plumber was sent out without telling me there was a 180 call out fee. His solution to vent off duct was to pull the ceiling down!!! I paid the fee, but not happy. Then the cleaner turned up, said my vents weren't standard, so instead of the website quoted price of 113, it would be 400, big difference. I get they may have needed more information. but they need to ask it. A plumber with a call out fee should not be sent without clear advice. Not good service, not helpful.

Excellent work by Andrew from kleanmaster. I'm very pleased by the work he did at my home today. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and conscientious regarding careful maneuvering of the equipment through the house. He cleaned a stairwell, a hallway, an area rug and a sofa lounge and everything looks like new again. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. I will absolutely use this company again, and would recommend them to my friends.

Use this company to do the carpet, absolutely horrible job. Charge double more than they quote. Complain to the manager, use very rude language never use again

I hired kleanmaster to steam clean 5 rooms in our home. The results were fantastic, we had a couple of stains in my office and lounge room which wouldn't come off using our Dyson. Sam helped move our lounge suite to make sure he could get to all of the carpet. The results really do speak for themselves! The stain in my office looked like a client had walked in with dirty shoes and up until it was cleaned i covered it with a plastic carpet chair protector but the room does look much nicer now the dirt stain is gone.
They are very affordable which makes it good value for money. I have recommended Sam from kleanmaster on a number of occasions and continue to do so. Keep up the great work!!!

Guy turned up and charged double original quote - had given messurements over the phone. Just used water to do the clean and completed it in less than an hour for 8 rooms. Carpet looked the same, no marks or stains removed. Made a complaint and carpet was blamed, then told to get another cleaner to do the job and they will pay other cleaner if they do a better job. Other cleaner has done a better job and now they wont pay or take my calls. They have thretened me over the phone and have told me to F#$k off. Now I have been left to pay for two cleans. Dodgy company with several different websites with same number.

Kleanmaster saved the day when my daughter and family were scheduled to move the next morning into their recently purchased 1980s house. the carpets had looked okay first, but later with the house empty, we realized that they were, indeed, dirty and smelly. After my urgent but unanswered calls to other carpet cleaners on that Sunday afternoon, kleanmaster answered, John came over, and did the job all within several hours. He and his partner accomplished a very un-rushed, thorough, and effective job at a reasonable price. they even voluntarily sent his crew out the next day to re-stretch a small area that had bumped up in the process. We will call them again without reservation and highly recommended!!

This was my second time asking kleanmaster to do a whole vacating and carpet cleaning job. They were very professional and flexible for the time and date. Here's a comment from the agent.

They said they would remove stains, now the carpet is dry most stains are still present, i had to vacuum afterwards, they charged more than they quoted over the phone, even though they said it shouldn't be any more.
Don't expect exceptional service.

I looked them up on google and the guy who came out was fantastic, we were pretty stressed out but he wad polite, professional and just a nice guy.

We've been doing a lot of renovations to our 1937 home and adding heating and cooling system was a big job and big expense. We did our research and got three estimates from companies with good references. All of them came in around the same price but Kleanmaster had much better customer service and attention to detail. So we chose them to do this big job.

They were fast, clean and took the time to make sure we were happy with where the vents were placed and wanted to make sure any noise from the heater or AC would be minimal and away from sleep areas. They put a vent in our bathroom floor that the other companies did not want to do or would charge extra because of the thick tile floor. Everything came out great, Highly recommended :)

FANTASTIC JOB! They're just finishing up as I write this. I'm very pleased with Kleanmaster's work. Friendly, courteous, and does a very thorough job. They cleaned up my ducted heating, sucked out all the gunk from the ducts, and sprayed some cleaner in all the vents. I'm very happy.I called Kleanmaster, based on the other reviews here. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I called 6 hrs before my appointment to cancel my appointment and this guy got annoyed and said he will charge me $90 for the call out fees. I said when I am informing you in advance and when I havent even used your services why would I be charge for? He said our policy is that we require a 24 hrs notice in advance. I said I havent signed any agreement or any term and conditions. He replied its mentioned on the website. Firstly i went on gumtree to find kleanmaster and secondly on the website it was not even mentioned anything like that.

He then threatened me and said I will still invoice you and will take it furthur and also i know your house and I will fix you.

Pls be aware of them.

Over the weekend our house was without heat. We called Kleanmaster on Monday morning, and they made sure our situation was a top priority, Dispatched someone right away, and I was happy to see Phil greet me at the property (he had serviced our ducted heating in the past). Phil is an honest, reliable, and competent service professional. He was able to quickly determine that my issue was related to the electrical. Sure enough, when there electrician came on the same day, the heat was back on and working properly.

We booked a service & duct clean to happen all on our day off today, the guy turned up & said he was only here to clean the ducts & no plumber had been organised. We were quoted what it was going to cost on the day plus any parts. Not happy & sent the guy away. Want the whole job done not half today & half whenever they can be bothered organising a plumber. What a waste of a day waiting around. Your loss Kleanmaster & will not be calling or recommending you ever.

I was absolutely impressed with the work, customer service and professionalism I experienced with Kleanmaster. Steve and George introduced themselves immediately and worked continuously through the entire service. They showed me some pictures of the 'before' as well as some of the debris that they found in the duct vents (screws, bits of drywall and sandpaper left post renovation!) and were thorough to ensure that all dust and objects were removed from the ducted heating system. With a dust allergy and being a bit of a cleaning extremist, feel very confident with the quality of work. I would highly recommend this company.
