This is our second koala mattress. Our sons inner spring 3 yo mattress had already failed and we were so happy with our Queen koala that we got this one for him. It sits well on his ensemble base and supports him well. He has not complained and it is maintaining its shape and firmness perfectly as we had expected given ours is 3 yo and is still like new. It is a fraction smaller in size than his other mattress was but that isnt causing any issues at all and his bedding actually fits better.

Koala mattress is very comfortable. I have sleeping problem. But I am sleeping much better since I am sleeping on this mattress. I am very happy that I made this decision .

My mattress is extremely comfortable and supportive. Soft but somehow still very supportive and firm. There has been no sagging whatsoever, so far it seems very durable. Im happy with my purchase, thanks Koala mattresses!

From the first night sleeping on my new Koala mattress i have not had a sore back or hips. I wake refreshed and pain free. When you sit on the side it is softer than other mattresses but that not what it there for, its for sleeping on. I will be getting higher legs so my standing up from laying down is easier, as you dont have springs to help you up. all in all after 2 weeks i am very happy with my purchase. i didnt have to get used to the mattress, it was perfect for me from the first night. Cannot remove my answer further down

the colour of the mattress will discolour within the first week because of humidity. once you take the cover off to wash it it is really difficult to put back on and zipper will break. also the size of the mattress is different to the bed base. when you call to ask for assistance staff will be insulted. oh and they don't reply to voicemails or web chats so don't even bother.

This mattress is awesome. My son has Autism & is very sensitive to touch so it was a big deal for him to change mattresses. We have found him to be sleeping slightly longer which means a lot when he wakes at 4.30am every day, its now 5.30am! We will be purchasing one for ourselves!!

I have nothing but good things to say about the Koala mattress. Every individual may prefer slightly different levels of firmness, but I found it just right.

I can’t speak concerning the durability of the mattress, as I’ve only used it for around a month. (But, so far so good!)

Have purchased 2 King Single mattresses for our adult children, they couldn’t be happier. My son has stated that it’s the best night sleep he’s had in a long time. We haven’t had the Koala mattresses for long but so far so good.

Comfort and supportive for my hips and back which I suffer from arthritis. I no longer toss and turn but get a restful sleep, waking up refreshed and not tired

The mattress is fantastic to sleep on. So it lived up to the advertising. I was a little frustrated with the delivery process, but this was manily third party related however still reflected on Koala (I am regional). But I would still order from them again!!

I purchased this mattress online, the delivery came next day in an agreed time window . Honestly the product is not bad, but for some reason i was missing the support you get from a spring mattress. Although this mattress does not sink in, but I am a heavy person so need support to twist and turn. I called them after 1 month and they picked up the mattress and gave me full refund . To me that’s really good customer service.

I bought the Koala Mattress 2 weeks ago after many high priced failures with spring matresses. I vowed never to buy a spring mattress again and bought the Koala. This is a great mattress at a great price, and I have been sleeping like a baby for the last 2 weeks. It's well thought out (look at the box when you get it), well packaged and is ready to go without any smells (as some other foam mattresses have). The 10 year warranty seals the deal for me--this is a great purchase for a decent night's sleep.

I kept on seeing ads on social media and a couple of friends said they loved there mattress, so when my mattress broke I decided to purchase a Koala mattress, I have only been sleeping on my mattress for a few weeks but the best decision I ever made so comfortable and supportive.
Wouldn't hesitate to refer Koala to my friends.

Very durable and can see it lasting a long time unlike other mattresses e.g. springs, the materials used in the Koala mattress seem durable and of high quality as well as supportive and super comfy

I bought the mattress Aug 2017. At first i thought it was good and very comfortable. And in March this year, i noticed that it was getting soo soft. My sister owns another koala mattress which she bought about 2months earlier than when i bought mine. I notice her mattress is still firm. She also noticed mine was very soft. I wake up with very very sore shoulders and lower back pain. I don’t think i will purchase another mattress from Koala
