Can I connect a Nintendo Wii to my smart TV? I am using the red, white and yellow cables but the TV is saying No Signal. I have switched the Wii on and off and it's still saying the same thing. I also cannot connect my DVD player to this TV either, I am using the HDMI cable but it is also saying No Signal. I have never experienced problems like this with any other TV I have purchased.

My tv is just under 3 years old has decided not to work at just comes up with the white background with Kogan Logo. The "help" website is useless as it says to contact the help line which is closed. on the website in the q&a it says there is an update but I am unable to locate them on the website. could someone please help!!!!

Sorry to hear about this the issue with your TV. In some cases this can be resolved by reinstalling the TV's firmware. If you get in touch with us directly we'll be able to provide you with the firmware file and the the installation instructions.

Not to my knowledge ... I have had no updates from Kogan .... good luck dealing with them ...
Receptions continues to be a problem-just got to get the aerial in the right position .
Still have a lot of trouble with the so called 'keypad" using the remote-definitely NOT smart(the TV that is )
