Thermoblend Elite message E04 after 5 seconds - help
I have purchased Thermoblend Elite, tried to contact help desk but get no reply except ticket number. We used Thermoblend Elite for first time last Monday, would only run for 5 seconds, then cut out, with message E04 contact Kogan. Have been trying to contact Kogan since Monday, apart from being given ticket numbers, no reply, could you please help, as I would like to use product. Thank you
I bought the Thermobled, but I do not get any manual where I explain all the uses of the tools, I do not even know how to use the scale.
I wrote several emails, but no answers.

Can I purchase a new blade guard?
I just used my thermoblend elite for the first time. I can't get hhe jug off to wash. Is there a special way or is it broken?
never had this problem however maybe give it a little wiggle as you life the jug ?? sorry couldnt be more help

There are no special attachments so slice or grate. However there are 2 blades that do eveything that is required to follow the reciepes.
Can I use the thermoblend Pro recipe book for the thermoblend Elite?

While the two models of Kogan Thermoblend are similar, there are some slight differences in operation which may affect the use of recipes provided for the Thermoblend Pro specifically. There should be no reason you cannot use the Thermoblend Pro recipe book as a guide for cooking with the Thermoblend Elite, but you may need to make small adjustments to the specified settings to match the Thermoblend Elite's settings and operations.

I have purchased 3 thermoblend 2 work fine the third one the kid has never fitted, can I get a replacement lid?

Hi I have just been given a thermoblend it looks very much like the all in one cooker just doesn't have the big bowl it did not come with a book so I have no idea what it does or how it works is it possible some help with that please

Can you use Reverse Speed as suggested in some recipes?

Used 3 times since new approx. 1 month will not heat is it a fault or user problem when cleaning bowl care is taken however some water seems to enter electrical connection, any help?

Have the issues with the lid on the Kogan Thermoblend Pro All-in-one been fixed now??
I am interested however as an arthritis sufferer I don't want a lid that is difficult to use....

As the lids for this item form a tight seal by necessity, we are not able to say for certain if it would be suitable for your needs, given your arthritis.

I used my Thermoblend for the first time to crush spices for a curry but it took forever and I didn't get as find a grind as I do with my little electric coffee/spice grinder. Also it took at least 10 attempts to get the power to work on any setting other than pulse. I set the speed and time and pressed on/off and it would only grind for 2 -3 seconds before stopping.
Any tips on these 2 issues?

According to the booklet the thermoblend steamer should have 4 parts including the lid, mine only came with 2 parts and a lid. Please help?

Does the thermoblend grind things fine ie; making almond meal, and making icing sugar out of raw sugar?
I have done the Almond meal, however never tried the Raw sugar.

I am having trouble changing blades. They won't lock in and I have spent hours trying. Does the blade base come apart to allow connection of butterfly component?
Turn thermo upside down and flick the lock. Maybe just sit a tea towel underneath it to get out and to lock in just turn blade around until it clicks in then lock from underneath. My butterfky just sits ontop of my blade.

We have just purchased a machine and have been trying it out over the weekend. We are having trouble with taking the lid off and on and after reading a few posts this is a common problem. It’s very frustrating as a lot of the recipes you have to take the lid off and on 3 times.

I was extremely frustrated at first with mine as it did the same. After washing the rubber and drying it I sprayed a very small amount of Canola oil spray around the rubber area. I also sprayed it on the handle where it clips together. At first I used a bit of force until i got it, now it has just became easy.
does the kogan theromoblend work with jugs and accessories from the bellini intelli master (are they interchangeable)? thanks

Is it ok to get the underneath of the main bowl wet when cleaning it (like submerge it into the sink)? I can't see that the base (with the prongs) comes apart from the bowl. Thanks in advance
I have never done it but have seen it done with a Thermomix and put thru the dishwasher. I wouldn't do it as I break everything I touch.

We do not recommend submerging the main bowl as the contact points at the bottom should remain dry. However the blades can be removed easily for cleaning.
