l have been using Loreal Paris Excellence creme for 20 years. usually I goes for 6.54, 5.5 when I can find on special for about Aud 10 to 12. Recently I bought 2 new packaging 5.3.(golden brown) the colour turn out to be white. So I thought this is some kind of a new formula. So I waited for 30 Min. The colour didn't change at all. My hair did not get coloured. How do I get refund. I am very disappointed as I forget which shop that I bought it from.

My hair is medium brown and I wanted to make it a little more light and golden. Once I washed the dye out I knew my hair was darker. Now it’s dark brown/black.

Have used this for the past 5 years on my roots and even hairdressers comment on great colour and coverage. Leaves my hair shiny too. I didn't give 5 stars because its still being tested on animals :(

I used this product to get rid of the dark in my hair, instead it has turned black.
How does that even happen?
I purchased the golden brown colour and on the box it shows the final result of dark brown to golden as such a lovely,light color.
Instead I am stuck with horrible black hair.

All this product did was make a mess on my towels and skin.

False advertising,
Will not be buying this again.
