L'Oreal Excellence Crème

help... help... help,,,, i used 'loreal soft medium ash blond dye on my light brown hair and it turned orange. 80% orange n the rest blonde. I left it 30 min as it said, if i havent dyed it in a long time, the last time i dyed my hair was 2 yrs ago, so i did the proper timing,, i do however have very porous hair and maybe i shouldn't have left it in that long? I'm not sure but it didn;t turn out and also it didn't say anything about porous hair.... i need to fix this asap. I tried purple shampoo and blue shampoo, i ordered both on amazon, as i won't leave the house,, and neither one worked. I did it both ways as recommend and for long periods as well, first, on wet hair and then i tried it on dry hair, neither way worked . Then i tried dish soap as it's recommended on google as well. n it didn't work,,, this orange is not budging, please help :(,,, i was told if i didn't go to the salon to fix it, my only option with box dye is to return it to light brown again to cover the orange . Whats ur thoughts on this ? And also won't the brown box dye make it more orange? I did read this on google searches. I just want to make sure before i go back to light brown that it wont make it more orange. I would love to have the blond hair minus the orange if possible. Even a dark blond shade, i would be fine with, but not sure it's possible, If i can't without having to go the salon to correct it i wont bother,, i would rather go back brown then to the salon at this time. thanks soo much i appreciate and loo forward to your expertise recommendations

Hi. Did the sample photos of the hair before photos show natural black hair on it? And did it show how black hair would look after it was died with the colour on the box? Those images are a clear indication of the results you will get using your choice of hair colour.
