I wished I have read the reviews before I dyed my hair. Exactly like everyone else my hair turned pitched black despite the box stating it is dark brown! I was hoping after a few wash it would be lighter but NO after 4 weeks still black.

I have just used this product and my hair went from blonde to GREY
Now look like i really need to dye my hair I look about 20 years older
I would never use this colour or product again be very wary of the colour on the box
is NOTHING like the colour your hair turns out.
BIG MISTAKE i will have to live with until it washes out hopefully very quickly

The colour will be great for five weeks then need a retouch.i have recently had my hair coloured professionally but will be colouring my hair with the light blonde in a months time as I prefer this to the salon colour

This colour will do wonders it can tone down too blonde hair to a perfect blonde it leaves hair in a lovely condition and makes it easy to manage it's true to colour on the box

Have been using 9.3 light golden blonde hair colouring at home for last 10 years. Everyone, including weekly hairdresser, would comment on how naturally lovely my hair looked. Bought 6 packs in new packaging, which insists: "new packaging, same product". NO - looked exactly like Ronald McDonald! Had to pay $120 to hairdresser to strip and colour over to something resembling natural colour. Have now got 5 packs I will never use.
You have lost a loyal customer, plus anyone else I can talk to.

I had this dye (Blonde). My hair was pretty light so i wanted fresh them up. But unfortunately my hair dyed dark brown. I hate this dye. Would not recommend.

I was using the same color for several years, but the new packaging or formula is a disaster that change my beautiful light brown hair into a dull medium to dark brown.
Shame on you all in Loreal for being responsible for so many ugly colors. Will never buy their color again

I usually use Loreal preference 9.1 but bought this colour because I thought it would have better grey coverage but still be the same colour. Big mistake. My hair is now darker with grey ends and other bits look brassy. I’m not sure what I can do to correct it. I have been colouring my hair myself for over 20 years and have never had anything like this happen.

l have been using Loreal Paris Excellence creme for 20 years. usually I goes for 6.54, 5.5 when I can find on special for about Aud 10 to 12. Recently I bought 2 new packaging 5.3.(golden brown) the colour turn out to be white. So I thought this is some kind of a new formula. So I waited for 30 Min. The colour didn't change at all. My hair did not get coloured. How do I get refund. I am very disappointed as I forget which shop that I bought it from.

I am disappointed with the result of this colour on my hair... I have bleached hair with light ash brown regrowth so I was looking for a colour to deposit some golden tones and & lightening up the regrowth slightly.... Unfortunately my bleached hair turned out grey and dull - nothing like the colour on the box at all... I only left this colour on for 10 minutes as I noticed it was turning grey.... I think the picture on the box was misleading...

It is my 3rd try and after waiting an hour, my grays are still there. Very bad formula. Don't recommend. Wasre of money. At the same time one of the most expensive. Never ever buy again.

It came with a protective no wash conditioner. It turned out to look very dark brown, dull black. And it supposed to be a blonde shade. I was using Olia, but because I decided it did not cover grey hairs well, I will switch to this brand. Now I tried shade 5.3, I even put it on top of 6.3, but it still looks very dark. I wash my hair often in hopes to fade, but it did just a tiny bit. The dark is more intense where I had kept the color longer, sections where I started. Hope Loreal will take care of this brand as I have kept this color for years with Nutrrise 53, and NEVER had problems. I am very upset because of how I look now. Still Loreal remains my favorite brand for cosmetics, ( excluding this brand) because of the great results.

Very good grey coverage and my hair is left in excellent condition. The conditioner provided is great. However as my husband does my hair colour for me he finds the gloves are very small!

I've purchased 9.1 today. Apply exactly as directed. I purchased this 9.1 because my own hair colour is also ash blonde Roots became Copper and rest of hair platinum. How can i correct it.

Have used this product for as long as I can remember...many, many years. I have no complaints with the product itself, only the change to the horrible plastic gloves that Loreal changed to some time ago. They don't fit and are hard to put on and take off.

I used Loreal 1021 on my natural 4cm regrowth and brassy blonde ends as multiple times before with a great outcome, but it made no difference to my hair colour.

wash my hair twice weekly. No residue. Made my hair silky. Very pleased with end result. No product does not run. But always use an old towel round your shoulders.

It didn't work, I kept hair colour on for 40 mins. They need improve their formulation.i used two bottles of colour due to long length of my hair and my hairs were fully covered with colour. It didn't work for me - waste of money and time.
