I had this dye (Blonde). My hair was pretty light so i wanted fresh them up. But unfortunately my hair dyed dark brown. I hate this dye. Would not recommend.

Very good grey coverage and my hair is left in excellent condition. The conditioner provided is great. However as my husband does my hair colour for me he finds the gloves are very small!

wash my hair twice weekly. No residue. Made my hair silky. Very pleased with end result. No product does not run. But always use an old towel round your shoulders.

It is the first time that i have tried Loreal Excellence product, at first i was happy, 5days later my color washed off and revealed gray hair.
I have done everything as the instruction says.

Unfortunately i won't be using this product again.

Ive been successfully using Loreal excellence for 10 years on grey regrowth. But... the past 2 packets I have used no longer covers grey regrowth. What has Loreal done to the solution? if anyone has had the same experience or Loreal read this please let me know. I won't be buying anymore.
