WHY THE CHANGE?
Have been using 9.3 light golden blonde hair colouring at home for last 10 years. Everyone, including weekly hairdresser, would comment on how naturally lovely my hair looked. Bought 6 packs in new packaging, which insists: "new packaging, same product". NO - looked exactly like Ronald McDonald! Had to pay $120 to hairdresser to strip and colour over to something resembling natural colour. Have now got 5 packs I will never use.
You have lost a loyal customer, plus anyone else I can talk to.
Purchased in January 2021 at Priceline for A$12.00.

Love it, have tried many and keep coming back to my favourite colour 9.3 light golden blonde
I am one happy customer of loreal Excellence 9.3 light golden blonde. Very happy with colour, great result. Very even throughout and dosen,t leave a reddish golden tinge. My hairdresser has even commented the colour suits me. Gives me a natural blonde look. Packet comes fully equipped with instructions and gloves and a descent small bottle of conditioner. I follow up with Loreal shampoos as well. Hope they never discontinue this colour. I would be lost as I haven,t found another suitable colour or brand that I have been happy with

Does 9.3 have any ash colour in it?

No it doesn't, only the ones marked "Ash" actually do. Keep in mind though, they all turn out different according to your hair colour at present. Good luck

I have used light golden blonde for a long time. I stupidly bought medium gold blonde and did my hair. It is too dark. Can I straight away app,y th correct xo,our of Lovht golden blonde or will this do harm to my hair?
