I have done some researches before getting a new microwave. I choose this because of big interior, LED light and the door handle part of this microwave. It is powerful and the food is heated more evenly. It is easier for me to maintain the cleanliness of the microwave. Overall, it works perfect for me.

This model is well-built,has high tech look and heaps of functions. We also received 2 bonus movie tickets during the promotion. The sound is a bit loud especially when it is cooling off but still it is tolerable. The finishing tune is not regular beep that is nice. I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

We replaced our 16 year old microwave oven with this one. First time purchased a LG product. Love the modern stainless steel design and 1200w is just so powerful. This product is so easy to use with so many preset programs. Love the LED light during cooking. The turning table is steady. The door is easy to be opened. No more beeping at the end of the cooking cycle, instead you will hear a pleasant melody. What an innovative idea!

I am a big fan of any LG product although I have never had an LG microwave. I like the stainless steel and the price was good.
It has an LED light inside - it looks fantastic when you open the door - so funky !!
It plays this uplifting jingle once it is done cooking (it sounds like an 80's gameboy tune) - I love it but my partner says it is getting annoying.
It is very quiet when cooking - I keep on thinking it is not going that is how quiet it is.
The cooking menu is very thorough but I would have liked and "instant 10 min" button like my previous Samsung had. But that is a minor detail.
All in all - I love it !

We've had it one week and are still overzapping our food a bit, its powerful! It is also super quiet and sometimes the fan cool down does activate but i hardly hear it. The two draw backs are that you can only set the timer in increments of 10 seconds, (there is a big difference in heating milk for 20 or 30 seconds) and that you are really supposed to leave a heap of breathing room around the tops and sides of this microwave so not great for a niche spot but we are going to test this requirement!
