After 22 months of use I am still thrilled with my robot. Something that it should not miss from anyone's Wedding Register!

We checked out the other product reviews and found this to be one of the best. We own cats, so I was vacuuming every day, now it does it for me. I don't mind moving a couple chairs or moving the vacuum when it gets stuck under a low cupboard. V pleased with this product.

    great little vacuum

Vacuum is extremely quiet. Doesnt bang into walls or objects. Very easy to maneurvre. I used it on my wooden floors every day. Only problem i have is it doesnt draw pet hair into the canister it just keeps spinning it around on the brush. Otherwise im very happy with it.

Faulty product. Poor After Sales Service

Product worked well for first 4 weeks. Then stopped moving properly - now cleans about 3 square metres then returns to docking station. No longer goes forward on manual mode. Took it back to Good Guys -fobbed off, told to ring LG. Rang LG on the 7 day number and was given a reference number then told to ring local service place. If they are unable to fix, then I can take it in for repair but advised I may need to pay. In summary poor quality and poor service.

    Life changing

I have a back injury and require surgery but until then I have an issue with vacuuming the house. I brought this robot after reading reviews to allow me to reduce the use of the upright vacuum. I cant speak highly enough of it. Amazing cleaning ability and though it did get stuck a couple of time, by fencing off that area it happily cleans the large area left. I would recommend this vacuum for anyone that needs a vacuum that also picks up pet hair. And I love the voice.

    Roboking Square VR6340LV

I have VR6340LV. It was working perfectly till the time. But now, on starting, it moves hardly 3 feet and stops by saying some message about suction motor. Please any advise? Thanks

I have never encountered this message, but the first thing I would do is to make sure that the container and the filter are absolutely clean. You can disassemble the container, by removing its back cover and and check the filters. They can become extremely dirty over the time.

    Hi,
I have already cleaned all the containers, but still I am getting the same issue. Please suggest.

My unit has done this twice now and i found that the fan blade was stuck, if you turn it by hand and blow it out it should then fix the problem, unless of course your fan motor has died.
