I was reluctant at first to purchase a clothesline online but due to not being able to find what I wanted locally, I had no option. Lifestyle clothelines were so very good to deal with. We bought an Austral Standard 28 Fold Down clothesline to replace an old and rusted out version we had inherited when moving into our new home. The customer service and advice provided from Lifestyle Clothesline was excellent - it was very easy to determine and choose which clothesline was right for us. We live very close to the sea and wanted something that would stand up to the seaside conditions as well as cater for lots of beach towels, large sheets - this clothesline seems to tick all the boxes. So far it has easily held three loads of washing! We chose the Surfmist colour which is subtle and blends in with the garden surrounds.

I bought a clothes line and basket attachment form lifestyle clotheslines. I was going to buy online but had a few questions so called them. I was amazed that the staff where very efficient answered my questions over the phone knowledgeably and gave a good recommendation as I was tossing up between two different brands. I was really surprised when the clothesline and attachment I bought turned up 3 days later. They sent me confirmation and update emails about delivery. They even sent me a thank you video. Now that is great service.

Would have preferred it if they'd have gotten the installed to contact us after we received the clothesline, rather than sending us the contact details of the installer. We had a little bit of a problem reaching the installer, ended up having to get customer support involved. Minor gripe though.

One thing we weren't too happy with was the installer accidentally scratched the bottom of the main standard when they were moving the locking collar as there was some sand particles in between.

Service from provider was excellent however the hills product was a complete disappointment. Instructions say lift this to erect clothesline tried for days and finally had to get husband to use multi grips and still a lot of a struggle to get the line up and into place should have been easy after all it’s just like a clothes horse but no way I could have done this. My only hope is that when I need to move it’s easy to put down and will go up again. Brought this because I had never had any issues with the same line I brought a couple of years before

Ordered the largest hills and it was delivered quickly. Still to install but everything looks good. Looking forward to having room for everything.

Very large line space but completely retractable; what more could one want? We live near beach but salt air is not causing any problems.

Was deliver sooner I expected and installed earlier than within the time frame the installer did a very good job and arrive on time as expected .

Purchased the Austral Retractaway 40 clothes line, Retractaway mount bar and 2 x Retractaway clothesline posts. Very happy with the product. Was delivered quicker than expected. Will definitely buy from them again.

There were some issues with delivery of the product, however the staff were fantastic in rectifying that. Great size clothesline.
