I went to Lighting Illusions Macgregor store in search of a pendant light for an upcoming party at our house. I needed it within few days to finish the look of the living room. Soon as I walked in I was warmly welcomed by one of the sales person named Karthik. He was extremely patient and helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. All products ordered were as specified; good quality and very reasonable prices. They were delivered within a couple of days. One item had a missing part, however the customer service team responded and dispatched it within the same day. Can't fault this company!

First fan delivered successfully ! Next fan delivered was the wrong one but the service to correct this mistake was fabulous !

What a professional company to deal with. Our bathroom heater/light arrived damaged . Contact to the company with Raven, saw us walked thru the process to have a replacement sent and an apology was forthcoming[ Extremely rare in the business community]. The replacement arrived within 4 days. Excellent and individual service provided by this company. Would highly recommend them.

The product that I was after was no longer available so I was offered an alternative
which matched my request perfectly.

Purchased two 3in1 exhaust fans online. Delivered in a few days. Could not fit one of them due to inadequate ceiling clearances. The returns process was even more amazing. No questions asked, was able to drop the unit off at the nearest store, and the refund was virtually immediate.

All products were dispatched promptly and were as described. The very late return of an unwanted item was allowed and credit given with fantastic customer service.

Received a pedant light with glass panels. One of the panel was badly chipped due to postage. I rang them up, they asked me to email a photo of the damaged glass, did not take them long to get back to me informing me that the supplier had spare panels. And they asked me how many I wanted. I just wanted the one. 2weeks later received the glass panel. That’s what you call proper after service.keep up the great work. Cheers Helen

These guys are awesome. Firstly dispatch and postage is stupid fast. Ordered 6 fans on Thursday they arrived Tuesday and we're interstate. Price was very competitive and free postage. Then we we needed to swap one (completely our fault, we found out we needed one with a light) these guys were just super helpful and made it happen. Have already recommended these guys to my brother. Will only deal with them for lighting and fans from now on!

I recently had to return an order to Lighting Illusions as I ordered the wrong item - my fault entirely. I ordered the replacement and asked to return the original order when COVID restrictions allowed. The team at LI made it such an easy and pleasant process I was amazed! Can't recommend them highly enough.

I’m not usually one to write reviews but I emailed lighting illusions about specific dimensions that my builder needed. Dianne responded very quickly, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! I couldn’t recommend their 5 star service enough.

I ordered a light fitting which arrived damaged through the courier system on two separate occasions. Dianne was fantastic in accepting the lights were damaged, arranging for the light, on each occasion, to be returned and organising for replacement products. Each time this was completed efficiently and without complications - much appreciated. Communication was always timely and appropriate. The measure of a company is when things don't go to plan - which was the case on two separate occasions here. Dianne representing the company was first class - they are lucky to have her doing what she does best. Lighting Illusions will be my first choice for my next purchases - they were a pleasure to deal with.
