When will we get different fruit options? I've ordered meals including fresh cut fruit but they've been substituted. I can't look another orange, apple, kiwifruit or fruit cup in the eye ever again!! I love Lite n Easy - been on it over a year now - but the fruit is starting to become a deal breaker.

3 answers
Elizabethf
Elizabethf

Its difficult as they need to select fruits that will last and that are in season. You could always buy some extra fruit of your own to eat.

Lite n' Easy
Hannah M.Lite n' Easy

Hi Dee. While we are currently limited in the fruits we can offer for a number of reasons, including what will transport well, we are definitely working on adding new varieties of fruit to future menus. You can always swap for any fruit that you like but remember to be mindful of the serving size of your replacement. On average a piece of fruit is equivalent to half a cup (125gm) of chopped fruit.

Dee
Dee

Thank you Hannah. We - and we know others - can't wait for the day when we see a bit more variety!
We love the pineapple with passion fruit and melons mix, so there is variety there, which is great. An additional day or two of those types of options would make a big difference already.
We are longer term Lite n Easy users, for lifestyle as well as weight loss, and love the variety generally, but having to replace fruit (and bread, actually) is an extra expense that tips the budget.
Thank you and the team for looking into this. Kind regards, Dee
