Lovelight were always professional and on time. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I had no issues whatsoever and was very impressed with the final result. The blinds installed by Lovelight look fantastic.

My husband and I moved into an apartment in the city. The apartment had a combination of manual blinds and electric blinds. We replaced the manual blinds with new, electric blinds from Lovelight. They looked terrific, were functional, and two years on we still haven't had a hiccup. Importantly, they are also very quiet when in operation.

The blinds they gave our apartment block are great. Now that I have something that needs to be repaired they won't help me. I have rung them once a week for the past three weeks and they said they would call me back for an appointment and still waiting. I also said I'm pretty mild mannered but will write a complaint the last time I called to try to get them to call me and help. Nothing... Useless service.

Very disappointed with this company. Defensive verging on rude communication when queried, incompetent measuring resulting in incomplete installation and 100% over promises under delivers. As a professional in BD and Customer Service I would never recommend this company. Happy to take your money, reluctant and rude post sales.

All of our motorised blinds, regular blinds, and curtains were done through Lovelight. They provided the expertise with colour and fabric selections as well as fantastic service when it came to measuring and installation. They even organised for an electrician to come and sort out a problem we had, which made our lives much easier.

I have been "working" with Lovelight to furnish our off-the-plan apartment because they're the vendor recommended by the developer. However, they don't respond to emails nor answer calls. Even if someone answers the phone, you don't get immediate feedback.

I have had all the curtains in my house done by Lovelight in Prahran Melbourne. They are a lovely company to work with, they take the time to make sure that everything is exactly as you want it and all window furnishings are professionally installed. They worked with me to make sure that i could split the work into stages and pay it off over time and nothing is too much trouble. They came and measured up all the windows and then when I came into the workshop, they had already prepared some samples of curtains that complimented by color scheme perfectly. it is the extra care with the details and brilliant customer support that has me reccomending them on this forum.
