I've been on a 15 meal subscription for a couple of months now and I only have words of praise. The meals are always delivered fresh and on time every Sunday. The portion sizes are generous and every meal has been delicious. The girls in the customer support team have been very helpful with any questions in regards to delivery process, how the sub works and meals. Would highly recommend this product!

Weve made several attempts to contact your customer service team to investigate a serious food poisoning incident that has occurred. Please provide a contact number so we can further investigate this matter.

Great delivery tons of meals and available on fitness pal! Easy to use! This is my first week but Im excited to try and there are no meals repeated! Yay

I was so excited for my order to arrive but was disappointed from the very first meal I tried.
I ordered ten and couldnt finish a single one with some going straight to the bin. All meals that contained meat were so tough I couldnt even chew them.

These are the best tasting and freshest meals I have had from a meal company.
The macro break down is great also with a nice high protein content. Highly rate these meals.

I love Macros meals, this is my first week but I've used other meal prep companies and this is my fav! I love the veggies and the sauces! Despite the negative reviews on here, the subscription terms are made quite clear when signing up!

First week trying Macros and so far I can say all is good. Really enjoying the meals, love that I can scan them into MFP. Steak reheated, is not fresh off the bbq steak but is still pretty good just a hit chewy. Really looking forward to trying more and think the meals will really help with my goals (weight loss).

Firstly the quality of the steaks is very poor, the meat turned out to be hard as rubber.

Secondly. You will be charged weekly or fortnight without consent. Even your email address does not exist, and I cannot cancel the subscription by myself.
Not checking customer details, especially the email address. did the customer provide real email address or the customer missed some words and email is incorrect, which creates a situation that customers cannot log in to the dashboard cancel the subscription, change foods, etc or more vulnerable situations.

Finally, poor customer support service, they don't care about customer feedback and satisfaction.

Meals were average, to say the least.
My biggest complaint is that it does not state clearly that you will be charged weekly without consent. You subscribe and have to cancel the subscription to avoid getting charged. That means you can try the meals once like all other companies. Then when you try to use your credit you're going round and round in circles...subscribe again now unsubscribe hopefully your not charged, meals are then not delivered and you're waiting 2 weeks for meals. Waste of time if you ask me, who orders and gets delivered meals 10 days later...especially for ordinary food.
It has been a nightmare to organise some meals for my credit.

Not that crazy about Tofu, but these guys made it edible. Pretty much anything with chicken is a winner wit me when it comes to MACROS, pretty damn juicy and it’s definitely beats buying a whole chicken at the supermarket.

I received my first delivery today and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Servings were filling and tasty, the veggies were fresh, and the chicken was not dry. The chimichurri chicken was our favourite meal.

So happy about the new vegan range! As a pescatarian I really enjoy the Macros seafood dishes for dinner but there wasn’t that much variety for me, I usually like having a more veggie packed lunch so this is perfect for me! Will be upgrading my subscription to include lunches as well now!

I have almost finished my first week of meals from Macros.

Some meals were quite disappointing (ie not enough sauce, bland looking food or missing ingredients compared to what they promote in their photos) which I left feedback on through the website. I had to ditch half of one meal because I couldn't eat it, plus the vegies were not the same as in the meal that was shown on the website (I have attached a photo of an actual meal I received vs what I see on the website. The one I received is definitely less colourful and appetizing!)

I'll give it another 2 weeks but if I don't see an improvement I'll have to find another company.

Not overcooked and I actually even like to eat the salmon cold. Love the sweet potato mash that comes with it too, feels really hearty! I am finding it really helpful because I struggle with portion sizes. I find some of the dishes nice and satisfying.

Have to be honest thought the meals would be just average but turns out they are above average. The chicken dishes are my favourite. Was expecting dry chicken breast but it’s actually juicy. With good flavour from the sauce!
