Which of our stores is closest to you? Also be mindful that this will create a greater depth top the mattress so a deeper sheet may be required. Our Bellissimo Sheet sets are 40cm deep.

Thanks for your inquiry. Depending on your budget we do have mattresses in queen size starting from $299. But for back pain st a minimum I'd suggest a Designer Range Zoned, as the spring support unit is zoned to support the body differently through the sections (i.e. head, shoulders, back/hips, legs and feet). The best thing is to bring yourself in-store and speak to our sales team for a perfect fit.

We have two mattresses in the Siesta. A siesta at Queen size $399 and Siesta Plus at $499. The major difference with the Siesta Plus is you get additional comfort layers creating a more comfortable sleep with the extra padding between you and the spring support unit. Hi Sue, Thank you for your question. A overlay is a temporary solution and if it is real comfort you're after finding the right support unit is a priority, the comfort layers are the icing on top. If your existing mattress is failing to support you an overlay is like a bandaid fix-it job. Either way, it is best to pop into your nearest store and our team of knowledgeable associates will be able to assist you.

Hi Shell, thank you for your question. Our Bellissimo range has a 10 year warranty. Our mattresses are constructed differently to other brands, we use the highest quality components in our construction, you can see this in any of our stores where we have an example of our components on display. When other brands changed their construction to a single sided mattress to counter this they doubled the warranty.

We offer a 5 years MANUFACTURERS warranty on the majority of our innerspring range which is consistent through the industry, however we provide a 360 degree solution with after sales service rather than a retailer who will direct you to a 3rd party. Our turnaround time in after sales service leads the industry standard. If you were to purchase from a shop that resells mattresses you are likely to be given a phone number to call, someone will come out to inspect the issue within 21 days, then it needs to be repaired you'll need to freight it (at your cost) to their repair center. I hope that helps clear up the differences between dealing direct with the manufacturer and a re-seller warranty.

Our product range has a number of different levels of support and comfort depending on price. For instance our range starts with an innerspring support module and a combination of comfort layers, the more comfort the more the price increases due to the increase in materials used, additionally as the range increases in price so do other aspects like edge supports and quality of fabric.
When you reach our high end range, The Bellissimo, it has either a pocket spring or latex support module and then is offered in a soft, medium or firm feel for personal preference. Also with the Bellissimo, we offer the 5 Year Comfort Promise (which is the option to change the comfort feel of the mattress once in the first 5 years for free), a 10 year warranty and free delivery and the exclusive micro-coil comfort layers.
All our mattresses are available in our stores to be tried before purchasing and we welcome you to come in and experience the Makin Mattresses difference.
