After spending $1600 on coral and shipping. We took delivery of an over crowded box of damaged corals that were not what we had ordered. Paid for blues and purples and received Browns and whites. All big ticket items were missing and replacements sent that are worth no where near the original. Shop is now offering $300 store credit that we declined and are refusing to refund partial money. Buyer beware...look at the reviews on their Facebook page...this many people can't be wrong.

Terrible Customer service
My wife and i found some pink Dragon Blood Cichlids on their website ( which was massively over priced, yet understandable as they are very rare ) and after emailing the store about them they sent me some photos of the fish that looked blatantly the wrong colour ( they were the common Tangerine not Pink ) yet the store girl constantly assured me that they were in fact a Frosty Pink and definitely not Tangerine and the photos didn't do them justice. t she put aside which were in fact completely Tangerine. When we didn't purchase the shop assistant became even less helpfully and increasingly rude until we left the shop. I would rate the Marinefishdirect experience as a waste if time and if i could give them less than 1 star i would. Don't go there, don't waste your time or money.Similar opinion? Stay away spend your money elsewhere
After spending thousands of dollars setting up a new tank with all the mod cons,i cycled the tank for 8 weeks all my perimeters were perfect done every thing by the book taking no precautions,Then I made the biggest mistake by going to Marine fish direct at Narellan over a period of 2 weeks i spent over $1000 on fish and have been fighting a never ending battle of a internal parasite disease ever since I now know how this came about i brought a Koran angel fish it was in a tank on it's own and after 1 week he started looking sick after putting...Read more

Deceitful online sales
I looked online to find some nice corals that may have been out there. I found an online shop marinefishdirect.com.au they presented a nice different color coral that suited my tank, so I ordered 2. So I went through the process and purchased it. When I opened the box to my surprise both the corals were a different color and one was twice the size of a match head. both I could have got locally for 5% of what I paid.
