Purchased my camper trailer this year and have only had issue after issue. Everytime I would call and tell them I had missing parts or faulty parts they would either hand all me to someone else and say they will give me a call back and won't for ages or they will just try to get me to fill out an online warranty form. If I could take back my camper and get money back I'll be more than happy to and purchased a different camper from a more reputable company with better after sales service.

i have a 2015 soft floor . I think it's great and good value for money . I've been in it in a pretty bad winters night heavy rain etc . It held together pretty well and no leaks . Top camper

We purchased a XT17 which has been such an awesome van. There were some issue that have Been fixed by Courtney in WA Eeven though I am I adelaide. She has been great these issue happened about 6 months ago. Have only just around to telling people. You know the saying a happy person tells 2 people and upset person tell 20. And as another comment I do regular maintance on my van to ensure that all nuts and tilts are tight and ready for the next trip. I am really happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone.

The service when I purchased my Caravan from Kevin in Adelaide was outstanding. Its a dam shame they shut Adelaide down. He would have been a loss to MDC.
