Absolute crap!!!! They tell you to call customer service for exchange but the customer service line is not taking calls and mecca customer service does not like to reply to emails. Wont shop here again. Dont waste your time and shop at sephora

I find things on Mecca are so over priced. They should have discounts like Sephora. They hardly answer the phone in store. However, they do have beautiful products. They really need to allow Australians to have a discount because I’ve purchased a lot of items through other stores like adore beauty and catch of the day for half the price. Will only shop here if I need an item.

Woeful customer service and lack of communication. Happy to take your money but don't follow through. Thought the beauty loop system would be worth a try but far better value for money out there with other companies or buying products direct. Beauty Loop system is a hoax.

Mecca maxima offers free express shipping for items over a certain price. The items come within a week neatly and beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. The company is australian which i love too. They have also widened their range of cosmetics. Only complaint is they never offer sales.

Ive placed online order over $700 for express delivery on last Monday. its been over a week and the tracking number they provided does not exist/not in the system at all up untill now. Ive asked Mecca a few times to help me track the items are but all they say is “the order is being process” and does not take any responsibility at all (seems like they don’t know what they are doing). Since i can not receive my order (don’t even know they actually send it or not becoz the tracking does not exist), i ask if i can get a refund because as this order is over $700 its a lot of money. But they refused and said “the order in process”.... till now i don’t receive anything or any refund.

what can i do ?

Ordered mascara etc but I never received it. They refused to offer any apology, replacement or refund. Totally sucks. Wasted almost $100! I asked a couple of time but they are jerks.

Don't even bother with the Mecca loyalty program. It took me ages to reach level 1 where you are given free gift boxes etc only to find out in February 2020 that I had reached level 1 in August 2022, but they unsubscribed me so I never received any notifications of the free gifts I was eligible for. I called the Customer Service Centre and asked them to extend my level 1 status for 6 months to make up for it and they refused! Then asked to speak to a manager and was told there was none! Clearly a representative on a power trip who doesn't know how to do her job!!!! Mecca has lost me as a customer for good. Very easy to get the products I need through other companies online and probably cheaper too.

Took advantage of Boxing Day sale and a online Xmas e-gift card. Quick delivery. They threw in a free sample which was actually quite decent it was a Mercier loose powder. Love it! Quality products and all my favourite brands. I’ll keep my eye out for their next sale! I prefer online shop but I’ve been instore and they are super helpful when I go in. I even had the most amazing makeup artist come out do my hair and makeup for a function and found out she also works for Mecca.

The Mecca website is easy to navigate, either by brand of product type (foundation etc). The pricing seems to be inline with what you can buy some of these products for elsewhere, additionally they have a lot of products that you can only get from Mecca in Australia.
I bought a Morphe Palette and Morphe eye brush and am extremely happy with the products and value for money.
Additionally I received a beauty loop box (loyalty club) and a free sample.

The assistants in store are always so helpful and willing to assist. Samples are something they do not shy away from and should there be any problems with the product, they are always willing to replace or exchange.

I was in the store today - they didn’t have any in stock so I ordered a palette online then Mecca provided me a refund instantly without explanation. What terrible service!

Used to love Mecca and buy only from them all the time for years. But lately noticed that every time I go in to purchase a staple that I always use, the price on it rises more and more. I used to be a beauty loop level 3 but now I shop at Sephora or else where. If you guys think that by rising a price on something by $3 every month will be left unnoticed by your customers and at the same time not accepting afterpay because your too cool for it is just wrong. I won't be surprised if your business will go down hill in no time with this attitude.

I love everything about MECCA - their physical and online stores. Always fast deliveries when you buy online, good products and in perfect condition. In store, staff is always helpful and friendly!
Will keep repurchasing forever!

I bought the Mecca Max Desert Queen Eye & Face Palette ($38) when it first came out, along with a Mecca Max Gloss Boss lip gloss ($18). The palette is even more beautiful in person. The lip gloss is sticky but has good staying power. They were shipped quickly after I purchased. No issues here, would definitely purchase again.

I don't go to their physical shop much, but ordering online is always a pleasure - I always choose StarTrack shipping and they always ship my order out within a day or so and it arrives quickly with no hassle! Their physical shops are also good - the few time I've been their staff have been helpful with foundation samples even though I didn't buy anything. The only complaint I have is that Mecca doesn't sell Beauty Blenders! I can't fathom why that is, but they need to get on that!

I finally had spent enough dollars to qualify for a Beauty Loop box and was so looking forward to placing my order in the specified time frame so I could qualify. Unfortunately the same window of time held the Townsville floods. My suburb was wiped out. I emailed customer service and explained and asked if there may be any consideration or grace extended because of this disaster. There was no grace given whatsoever and I was just told ‘keep an eye out for the next one and get in quick’ Really disappointed in the uncaring way it was just sent back in a generic uncaring email. Even if Mecca still refuses to show any grace in this matter, they could have still displayed a small amount of compassion. It doesn’t cost any more.
