Very useful cream!
I have used this cream for my Dad's wound on his chest, it was like bite of some parasites, red and infected. He refused to go and see his gp so I went to pharmacy and found this cream. It only took a day or 2 and the infected skin was already progressing to heal really well.
Recommending this cream for first aid use.

Chicken pox lifesaver
Used this product and Soov while both my kids had chicken pox. Applied it straight after an oatmeal bath. Both kids said it stopped and soothed their itchiness and they both had minimal scarring. I always keep a tube in my medicine cabinet.

I had similar reactions
Initially the anaesthetic soothed the rash on my arm, I put more cream on it and it got worse starting to blister and very itchy. Then I read the label if you have a history of eczema or allergies or rash don't use. Now I'm trying steroid cream and hoping for the best. Australia has lots of products banned in other countries - roundup is one of them, now this is too. I'm going to throw it away.

Severe allergy reaction potential.
Bufexamac which is an active chemical of Medi Quattro has proven to cause a severe contact dermatitis allergic skin reaction at higher levels than acceptable by many developed countries. It has never been approved in USA or Canada. The approval for it's use was revoked in Europe in 2010. Why is it still sold in Australia?
I have researched this product since becoming an innocent victim. I have just endured the worst two weeks of my life after applying this product to a minor skin irritation. A very severe rash spread to approximately 80℅ of ...Read more
my body with unbearable burning itching and fluid retention. Powerful corticosteroid ointments and tablets were needed to eventually get it under control. After two hospital emergency visits and a multitude of tests a doctor realised that he had treated a young girl with even worse symptoms than mine just weeks earlier. She had Medi Quattro applied to a simple sand fly bite and spent two weeks in hospital with horrific blisters. This allergic reaction is most probably under diagnosed because the symptoms can be easily mistaken for a progression of the original complaint. There is very limited research information available but it appears that 4%-5% of the population could be at risk. I believe there are safer alternatives to Bufexamac and that it's approval should be revoked in Australia.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Prevents Infections & Eases Pain
Medi-Quattro is the best first aid cream I have used. After proper cleaning of the wound, applying Medi-Quattro and an adhesive bandage, there has never been the slightest sign of infection. Prompt action is important. Although other first aid creams also do a great job of combating infection, Medi-Quattro differs by including Lignocaine Hydrochloride, an anaesthetic that numbs local pain. It has been successful in easing my localised pain from cuts, insect bites, stings, burns, sunburn, blisters, and abrasions. For burns, I ran the area under ...Read more
cold water for quite a while to get rid of the heat, before applying the cream. I noticed the treated areas are moisturised and for me, my injuries seemed to heal faster than by using other products. For open injuries, the dressing was changed twice daily and the cream was applied at each change. The ingredient, Bufexamac, has anti-inflammatory properties to ease swelling and redness. It has worked well for me in reducing the red swellings from green ant, mosquito, and sand fly bites. A warning on the product cautions possible skin reactions in some people, but Medicreme is the same product minus the anti-inflammatory properties. I used it before Medi-Quattro with equally good results. The combinations of ingredients has been welcome relief to stop me from scratching the red lumps caused by insect bites, which often makes the condition much worse. Medi-Quattro, (or Medicreme), is my choice for first aid cream because it treats the injuries and reduces the pain at the same time. A tube is in my car’s first aid kit as well as the home medical cabinet.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Excellent product!
Medi Quattro First Aid Cream is a fabulous product. I have used it for about five years on all cuts and abrasions in our household, and its gentle anaesthetic helps to settle the kids after an injury. I currently have sunburnt legs that have been very painful and I have found it hard to wear pants or even sleep but once I applied the Medi Cream, my sunburn pain immediately subsided allowing me to go back to normality! It is highly recommended for us as an antiseptic cream for all occasions. There are generic brands available now that work just as well, for a smaller price.

Good all round first aid cream
Medi Quattro First Aid Cream should be in everyone's first aid cabinet or kit. It's great for just about everything - cuts, bites, stings, itchiness, sunburn, burns and minor abrasions. It's an all round antiseptic which also calms any itches or painful bites.
It comes in a 50gram tube for around $10 and well worth every cent as far as I'm concerned.
It's great for just about everything

I would only use more natural products like coconut oil or paw paw cream on a dog, Savlon is a better choice if you have to use a topical cream.
