Complete all rounder
C3 replaces our last miele which finally gave up after 10 years. C3 works just as well but a lot quieter and lighter to maneuver. Love the variable power levels so it can be used on curtains, blinds without causing damage. Those hidden on board tools are genius work, conveniently there when vacuuming the car.

Powerful suction
This is one of the higher end Miele vacuums, and we can't fault it. The suction is always powerful and it can remove dirt from carpets and hardfloors with ease. It also has attachments that are stored inside the vacuum which is very convenient, like the crevice tool, parquet brush and upholstery brush.

Excellent Built and everyday use
Pro:
Excellent suction
Noise level control
Pick up dirt and decent light weight when drag across carpet
Con:
Easily scratch
Dust bag not cheap but big enough
Seems good value around $400, suction are powerful and pickup hair, dust and crumbs no problem, easy drag across carpet and hard floor, using every day and replace dust bag once every 2~3 months, used to like the Dyson V6 but charging the V6's 4 hours kills the practical side, with this the only major issue are the body get scratched very often, used 7 months but looks like a 2 years old.

Best Vacuum Cleaners On The Market
I always recommend Miele vacuums to friends and family, as they are powerful and reliable. The Complete C3 PowerLine has been excellent, and great for reducing allergies. We use it on both carpet, floorboards and tiles. Cannot fault it. Great suction, and I like the cleanliness of a bagged vacuum. Worth the money.

Very Powerful
Great, powerful suction, and works well with carpet and pet hair. Works so well that flatmate with dust/pet hair allergies doesn't experience symptoms when we vacuum regularly. Not the quietest or lightest vacuum, but is easy to manoeuvre with its wheels. Very easy to change bags too, and doesn't displace any dust whilst doing so.

Love it!
Love our miele vacuum. Works very well across wood, tiles and carpet. I use the different suction strengths more than I thought i would as well. It can get a little noisy on the strongest setting, and the bag full sign seems to annoyingly show almost full - even when we've just changed the bag but other than that it works well.

Great sucker
In love with my vacuum! For the past 3 months I have suffered from a chronic blocked nose and hey fever due to dust mites, I would vacuum daily with my old vacuum but turns out it wasn’t sucking anything up . After purchasing this vacuum within a matter of a few days I could breathe again it was absolutely wonderful!

Works amazing and my carpet is perfectly clean
I am very happy with the performance of my new vacuum cleaner. It is light which was very unexpected when I first got it and it is very easy to maneuver. I like that the cord is longer than usual and I do not need to plug it in many different places when I vacuum.

Best quality vacuum cleaner I've used
High suction power (highest of any vacuum I've used). Fairly light, it is a big machine however the four caster wheels make it easy to move around. A comfortable handle on top makes it easy to carry (no sharp edges). Accessories supplied with the vacuum are high quality and durable. I've also purchased a turbo floor head (Miele brand) which is very effective on carpet, cleaning better than the normal tool and is easier to push around. Bag capacity is very high (~4.5L) so requires changing very infrequently. The machine is quieter than most, the...Read more
only noise is the air rushing in the hose and out of the machine, the motor cannot be heard. Having researched many vacuums, both cheaper and more expensive, and used many, this is the best so far. All of the Miele models are high quality and easy to use. I've recommended them to others (4 family members have other models), with no issues reported after many years of use. Only additional cost is the replaceable bags and filters, however this means there is no need to clean out the dust on every use, or wash out messy filters.Similar opinion? Well worth price
It seemed a bit expensive, but after doing some research we realised that other options with desired features are even more expensive, and Miele is rarely, if ever, goes on sale. Nice design, convenient "parking" for the tube - it can easily be stored vertically all the time, reputable brand, few other must-have features, and it's very easy to handle thanks to excellent manoeuvrability.

Does what it says and more!
I am very happy with the performance of my new vacuum cleaner. I only wish that I have purchased it sooner. The quality of clean is great and I can tell that air quality is good as well. It is lightweight and does not take up much space when storing it. IT is truly good value for money and is highly recommended to anyone who is on the market for a new vacuum.

Love my new Miele
We had our old vac for 12 years and very reluctant to change until the motor broke completely. The new one is a wonder in comparison to our old one. It is lightweight had filters that can be replaced and has very good suction. We are happy with our selection and could not have done better. It is also good value for money and I love my new Miele.

Fantastic
After using my trusted nilfisk vacuum cleaner for well over ten years it finally went to God. I have two large dogs in the house and thick carpet so vacuuming is quite often a daily routine. I was recommended the Miele Complete C# Powerline by a friend and could not be happier, much better suction and very quiet. I can recommend.

Great investment
I was hesitant to spend extra money buying a decent vacuum but I got sucked into buying cheap rubbish vacuum and then another purchase being this vacuum. It has great design and power. It’s also seems to have been a help to my wife and child who suffer from allergies. I bought from the good guys for $330 and very happy so far.

Great value
This is a cheaper model in the excellent Miele range and it works well, not too loud, has that excellent build quality that all Miele appliances are known for. Easy to manoeuvre as it is good size and not heavy. Best value for money for sure. Only used on tiles and hard carpet so not sure about other surfaces

Excellent product and excellent customer service!
I am so happy with my new vacuum cleaner, it ticks all the boxes for me and I wish I had bought one years ago. This vacuum cleaner has powerful suction, is very easy to maneuver and I find it relatively quiet even on the highest setting. It also has a very long cord so it stays plugged in one power point to clean our three bedroom house. The built-in compartment for the extra heads is also a plus as they are readily available when you need them.
I should also mention that I originally had a trouble with the floorhead that was squealing like crazy on our hard wood floor but I spoke to Miele Customer Service about the issue and they sent me a new piece that is as quiet as a mouse.

Miele means clean for me
I owned Electrolux and it was getting old so after some research decided to upgrade and bought a Miele. I am very impressed with the ca, it does a great job and it is much quieter than my old vac. The only thing that I am not used to the body of the vac seems to be very light, again in comparison with my old vac. I am not sure how long it is going to last but so far so good.

Great purchase, love my new vac!
I was on the market for two weeks looking for an urgent vacuum replacement. I had my heart set of Miele and was comparing different models and their features. I finally purchased an Allergy efficient model to get rid of anything that can contribute to allergy. I am happy with my choice and it is a great purchase, 5 months later still happy with my choice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for value for money and a great brand.

Hi Joy, thanks for your question. At a minimum, it sounds like your vacuum will require a new fan. You will need to book the vacuum in for a service. You can book one here https://www.miele.com.au/domestic/service-enquiries-3077.htm or by calling 1300 464 353 (Australia). Kind regards, Miele.
